Traditions is probably the best barber shop in Sanford. From the time you walk in you’re in a clean, inviting atmosphere. Several skilled barbers are waiting to assist but appointments are always better.I’ve been coming to traditions for over a year and every time I’ve gotten incredible service and not just from my barber Peter. Their entire staff is composed of great people who take pride in what they do.I’ve tried them all in town and this is the one I keep coming back to. Good group of talented professionals, a shop you can trust.

Took both of my sons in today for the 1st time and Wow! Hayden was amazing! The cuts came out incredible. The shop was very clean and welcoming. Everyone barber greeted us with great energy. Definitely found a new spot. Thank God is only 10 minutes away. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Can’t say enough about this barbershop!! The staff is outstanding and they are very good at what they do.. personally my barber of choice is Hayden! He hails from Long Island and was a co-owner of one of the most popular old-school barbershops on the island.. with that being said most if not all the barbers in this shop are extremely underpriced for the services and experience they offer to their clients.. if you are looking for a shop where you can get an amazing cut and great conversation this would be the shop for you!!

First time here. Hayden did a fantastic job. Way more attention to detail than I’m used to at other places. Chill/relaxed atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough.

This barbershop cut my hair so well that Ive decided to become a model. (As long as the pics are of the back of my head! Lol)But seriously, Ive gotten my hair cut here by Ray Scissorhands for more than 8 months now and its been solid. Ive seen the end result of the other barbers here and they have great technique as well.I live near UCF and I drive out to Sanford, that tells you something!

This baber shop truly make you feel like you’re part of the family there with the way they treat their clients! Trevor is by far the best barber not only in his knowledge of haircuts but the way his personality makes you always come back. I will never cheat on my barber from here on out and I don’t know if I’ll ever move from lake Mary simply because I don’t want anyone else to cut my hair! Keep up the good work

Peter is the man! Always takes care of you in a timely fashion and if you get to know him and say “go for it, I trust you” you won’t be disappointed. When he gets what you like and what you’re going for normally, all you have to do is sit down and be treated to some good conversation.

Never will I ever go to another barber shop again. Best haircut of my life and the staff is incredible. The vibes are immaculate and its a great value for the quality of work.

Trevor is the best in the game, been going to him for years. If you’re looking for a top tier barber shop you found it.

As a woman, it is really hard to find a barber that knows how to trim and texturize longer hair with an undercut (shaved sides). My sister told me about Trevor (She also uses him), after I had multiple horrible experiences at different shops, I booked an appointment for today. Trevor took me on time, he looked at photos that I showed him, and really listened to what I was looking for. He even answered questions about techniques while he cut my hair. I was beyond impressed and it was well worth the 30+ minute drive it took for me to get there. I am moving further away, but still plan on making the drive for excellence. Thank you Trevor!

Trevor cuts my hair most of the time, but the entire staff here is top notch. They care about their craft and about you. New digs are open and welcoming. Dont come here expecting an assembly line type service or to have a hair cut hastily done. These guys are about quality, not quantity. It absolutely reflects in the results. If this place had a bar, I would hang out all the time just for the conversations. Cheers yall!

Love this place! Trevor is the best barber Ive ever had, and he’s been cutting our hair for five years. He cares very much about his customers satisfaction, is incredibly knowledgeable about current trends and always has ideas but never pressures you. His schedule is tight as he travels to teach and inspire barbers around the world. I always leave knowing he put forth his best effort and love into his work. He and JT do excellent jobs...and love what they do.Anyhow, I highly respect & trust anyone who takes their talent and career so seriously, on top of being a genuinely nice person. I’ve been coming here for 2 years exclusively with Danny. He is skilled with both men’s and women’s hair. Not to mention, a great guy. He takes his time and listens to your ideas and helps create the vision you have for your hair. The shop overall is very friendly and with lots of talent, it doesn’t matter who you get, you will be very pleased.

Go see Austin, hard to find a good barber, you can trust him!

Exceptional haircut, waited 5 minutes without appointment and decent conversation. Im new to the area and this will be where I go for my hair care.

A little hidden if its your first time going there but the guys here do an outstanding job on both my hair and my 3 year old sons hair. The only downside to this place is that even though they welcome walk-ins I highly recommend that you make an appointment, otherwise youre going to be waiting for a while.

We saw JT for my sons first haircut. I showed him a picture of what we liked and he cut it perfectly. We’ve gotten so many compliments! My husband also has had his hair cut by JT and he is always consistent and thorough. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

My biggest worry moving down from Brooklyn was finding a good barber who can do skin fades the way I want. Luckily I met JT. He listens to what I want and does an amazing job.I recommend booking your appointment a week ahead of time.

Danny has cut my hair for two years and for as long as I lived in Orlando. I have literally followed him to every shop hes worked at for a reason. I work in a profession in which old and new customers walk into the office and literally compliment my hair every single time. EVERY TIME!!! Im glad he landed at Traditions because everyone is mad cool. Everyone I know asks me where and who cuts my hair ALL the time. Danny does it right.
