Mari did a really good job on my hair she did it perfectly and exactly how I wanted it. She was really sweet and I would definitely recommend her. :)

Took my sister here and the her hair did not come out like she asked at all, very disappointed but hair will grow back. On top of not knowing how to cut hair, they gave a different price than when we came in! Wanted to charge $45 for a quick hair cut they didnt even do correctly. Dont waste your time or money here.

I received a great haircut and wash from Diana! Diana is a very nice and personable lady and she talked to me the whole time she was cutting my hair about a few of my hobbies that she fished out of me! LoL! I highly recommend this location of Supercuts!

They lady didn’t know how to cut my hair; it was very disappointing, I try to explain to her what I wanted she was like lost. And I payed for the haircut and it was a mess. Never going here again. Now I have to let my hair grow to be able to fix it. So sad.

I called ahead and made a appointment. Then when I arrived she took a walk customer before us! This is what I wanted to prevent since I was taking my elderly grandmother.

I was a walk-in and there were no other customers so I got right in. I had Diana and she is FANTASTIC! I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length and she was extremely thorough and ensured it was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going to her if you come here.

All of the stylists are really kind and talented. They all make the experience welcoming and warm. Even during the hard times of the pandemic everyone here has been great. My go-to for a haircut.

Great haircut and excellent customer service

I called ahead to ask if this location was participating in the national offer to provide free haircuts to veterans on Veterans Day, and I was told that they were. I showed up and received a very quick, 10-minute shape-up as I did not need a full haircut, and they charged me $17!I am not mad that they are not participating in Veterans Day offers. I am just mad at the bait and switch. It is dishonest, cheap, and unprofessional.

I have walked out of this place twice with a terrible style! This previous time when I asked for something on my hair I was told “no that will not work” even though me the customer asked for it. I’m now sitting here with my hair half cut. The back of my head is not even blended! They will never have my money again and I hope you never give your money to them.

I havent been to Supercuts in probably well over 8 years, the only reason I didnt go back is because I thought it was expensive. After going back there a few days ago Im happy to say that the prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly and the MVP haircuts are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend and if I could give a higher rating than I absolutely would!

Horrible service. Waited for almost 30 minutes and was never attended. A gentleman walked in with am appointment but another lady came in after us and they got her and totally ignored the fact that I was sitting there with my son. Never visiting that location or any other Supercuts for that matter.

Dyed my hair at this place and DIANA AND VANESSA did NOT listen to a word I said. My hair did NOT come out as I asked and they did not care nor did they do anything about it. DO NOT come here if you want to get your hair colored. Unprofessional and they will have NO idea what they are doing there.

Took me in right away and gave me a great hair cut the women are very nice and accommodating.

These guys really do a professional job cutting hair at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. They ensure you take advantage of any discount promotions going on, at least the one that cuts my hair regularly does. They provide military discounts too. There are barbers closer to me, but I prefer going the extra distance for their business.

Ive been getting my hair cut at this place for the last year. Everyone is rock-star. Always great quality cuts.

Disappointed. I had one good experience here and came back. When we came back three of us walked in and all of the stylist were currently busy so we sat down and waited patiently. Then they were cleaning up and checking out the current customers while we waited to be acknowledged. Just then another two customers came in they took their information and proceeded to immediately take them to a chair. Disappointed everyone in there knew we had been sitting there patiently waiting.

Had the first cut in three months. Everyone wearing masks and making sure to tell customers to wear the masks when coming in for a cut.

This is the only place I’ll go for my haircut, style, and color. Manager and stylist Sara is the absolute best! She patiently listens to what I’m hoping to accomplish and then takes her time to make sure I’m always completely happy. My teen son is also a devoted client, which is saying a lot since he’s even fussier about his hair!

I showed up at 6:15 and they denied me a single color application because they stop doing them at 6... they closed at 8

This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had in a hair salon. I wanted to cut and color my hair and was quoted at $64. I explicitly said that if they couldnt do what I wanted than to just give me a cut (which the woman who signed me in repeated to the woman who was to cut my hair). On multiple occasions during this service I said that I did not want any treatments that cost extra. The first thing was the stylist trying to get a green chlorine tint out of my hair and when the clarifying wash didnt work she said, My manager said to try this bleach and water treatment instead and began doing it after I asked if it was extra and she said no. She informed me while doing this that since my hair was so damaged she didnt want to color it yet and would rather it be in better shape after a few weeks to months before doing so. She then used a toner and cut my hair and said this would cost a lot less since she didnt do what was originally quoted. I said I only wanted the dead ends cut off which she said was about 3 inches... She ended up cutting off about 8 inches. While checking out they ran my card for $66 where even the stylist was confused at how much it was. The manager said she changed the price to what was done to my hair and wouldnt refund anything. I cried at how yellow my hair was (it was supposed to be grey) and how much shorter it was. The only positive thing in this entire experience was that the stylist was very nice, unlike the manager. I was also CONVENIENTLY not given a receipt.

Their debt card machine was down.that day.

Ive had every stylist there cut my hair and each time it was butchered. I repeat to them do not cut much but they all keep cutting the same section of hair but at different angles. What sense does that make to cut same area over and over. They all dont listen, just keep saying..Im not cutting much. .They have no idea what they are doing as far as cuts.

Nice place, friendly staff and overall good atmosphere. There were only two stylists in the shop and one was busy. It was me and my daughter so she went first and I waited. My stylist said she had a client driving in from out of town but she could get me in. As I sat down in the chair a couple of families with children came in along with three or four others. I got a little cautious, not knowing if I would have gotten the bums rush, but I was not willing to take the risk of being sped through the haircut and style that i needed. They did call in another stylist but by then I had made up my mind to wait. My daughter got a cut and color but she wasnt really happy with her results.

I was in here a few week ago. I had a very pleasant experience. My stylist name was Sheila and she really listened to what I wanted. My hair came out great. I will definetly being going back to see her!!

I will NEVER go back here & plan to contact HQ about this experience. I took my granddaughter in for a haircut. My daughter told her to trim it & that she was trying to let it grow out evenly. The stylist took it upon herself to ignore my daughter & put layers in and the entire cut was uneven. There was no way I was going back to compIain because that would have meant more cutting to correct the mess she made and the last thing we wanted was shorter!!

Supercuts I remember when you got into business $8 cuts unfortunately now a haircut and shampoo is over 20 bucks but at least you have a great atmosphere with awesome Personnel working there

I called ahead... my name was on the sign in screen. I waited for over 30 mins & then had 3 other people called before me. They saw me sitting there and didnt even bother to ask me anything. So I left. I most certainly dont reccomend them.

Havebeen gong to this Supercuts for years. Their staff is always very courteous and friendly and their online sign in is incredibly helpful. it definitely saves time and helps to minimize wait times. Also Ive never been unhappy with a cut that I or my children have gotten befe.

My son is black and white mixed. His hair was uneven and disappointing. My twelve year old daughter asked for bangs and got them. Im less than impressed for 40$

Went here awhile ago to get a simple haircut with style. I showed her an image of what I wanted and she completely ignored it and just did what she felt like. She would ask me a bunch of questions I obviously didnt know which came to the point on why she didnt just relook at the picture I showed. She was nice and talking to me on some issues I was going through but I didnt realize that it was badly distracting her and she ended up messing up my haircut and nothing was even. Didnt even try. I didnt tell her I didnt like it because I was scared of her attempting to fix it. I didnt want her damaging any further. Only reason Im not giving 1 Star is because she was still a kind person and talking to me to cheer me up which I appreciated, but the haircut did no justice.

Highly suggest that you stay away from this salon. I had a negative experience with color that was put on my hair. I went in to see the manager and she offered me nothing as a solution for the problem. Carrie Hardyman does not think that customer satisfaction matters. In addition to the negative experience this location charges more for the same service that I could get at the Supercuts in Lake Mary or for that matter in a different state.

I have been here a number of times and I have to say, your satisfaction definitely depends on which stylist you have. I have been the most happy with Sara, and now will only see her for my cuts and my kids.
