I recommend Martins Collision Center very highly. Their work is excellent, personnel very professional and also accommodating. I drive an Infiniti Q50 and I wouldnt take my car to any other Collision repair shop. They are the best!

My car was involved in an accident that did only minor, cosmetic damage to my bumper and fender. Went to a couple body shops in the area, and found the team at Martins to be absolutely pleasant and reassuring as I shared the situation with them. Unfortunately, both damaged parts needed to be replaced and I had my concerns - for anybody who drives a red car in Florida knows what the sun does over time. When I finally got that call to let me know my baby was finished, I was incredibly pleased to find that the artist who is in charge of paint jobs blended the paint so well. The only proof I have of any accident was the bill!

I had a sticky situation with CPO car that I bought recently. I unknowingly purchased it with defects that were now interfering with a minor collision repair. Between the insurance companies, the automobile manufacturer and multiple collision shops, no one would talk to me straight. Tommy, at Martin’s collision, went out of his way to help me navigate this confusing maze. He set me on course to get my car fixed and me-compensated for al the frustrations of the past two months. I think I know where I’ll be going if I get in any more collisions.

I have had two vehicles repaired here and they have done a tremendous job within the timeframe expected. Recently, I purchased a part online to do a repair myself. I got in over my head and decided to have the experts do it. I drove to Martin’s and they fit me in to install / repair my vehicle while I waited. The charge was very reasonable (less than I thought it would be!) and they did it way faster than it would have taken me for sure. Very professional and friendly folks at Martin’s. We got our car back worse than when we dropped it off. Our car wouldnt even start when we got in it.. I dont recommend this place at all.Update. We tried charging our battery for several hours yesterday when we got our car back. We get in it this morning and now it wont start. we call them and explain the situation. Our car started when they got it from us. We never had any battery issues, they tell us in a very rude way. Point blank we are not fixing battery. This is the worst customer service we received from a place. They should not be in business if they cant fix the problems they obviously caused.

Super pleasant staff, even when they are wicked busy, they are extremely kind when you call. I was updated regularly and knew when my car would be ready. (Faster than I thought was possible!) Entire process was a breeze. My car came out looking like new! Martins spit shined it inside as well- even the trunk! I highly recommend them and if some dork decides to slam on their brakes because they sneezed (exaggerated eye roll) and I need to have repairs, I will definitely call Martins!

Really expensive!! $397.00 to paint a fender that is off of the vehicle and prepped for paint.

Martins did the work correctly and didnt let the insurance company try to save money. They wanted to just repair the bumper on my car and put an after market cheap tail light in. Martins made them pay to fix it correctly and not scam me to cut their losses. Great work and honest.

This shop is excellent! They have always taken care of my car every time I bring it to them. They keep my car looking brand new, even though its 10 years old. This shop stands behind their work and it shows. They do anything from luxury cars to everyday commuter to classic cars. You can trust them with your vehicle, this is the only shop I recommend.

I cant say Im glad to have been here as often as I have been, but theyve been great at taking care of the things Ive needed taken care of, so props to them. I can do without the constant fox news on the TV, however.

Stopped by in person, they verbally said they always use OEM parts and will honor the estimate done by Progressive since theyre a Progressive shop. When asked to put into writing, they backed out of this statement, I went elsewhere.

Was in contact with Dave and his wife at the front desk! They are super professional and dont give you the run around. They got me my car back a full 2 weeks ahead of what the estimated time was. You could never tell my car was in an accident. My paint job is not easy to match and they did it perfectly.

Honestly the best place to leave your vehicle to be repaired! The people and service here is amazing and they truly are experienced and have more qualifications than the other places in the area I called to ask for quotes. They answered my questions and calmed my concerned and even explained things without an issue! There was no hesitation or doubt in leaving my town and country to get repaired after seeing their certificates and over 30 years of business! Would highly recommend! Don’t go anywhere else, bring your car here!

Im not receiving any compensation for this review. I have dealt with other body shops and none compare to Martins. They were proactive in resolving my (not typical) claim and went above and beyond in getting it resolved! Everyone was friendly and they kept me up to date as to what was happening and why. Workmanship is top quality and they truly care about their customers. I obviously highly recommend them!

I called the shop and within minutes they scheduled me and helped arrange rental car transfers, etc. Thank you Jackie! Had an accident and took my vehicle to a different collision center. It took them 2 months to “fix” my car and they still didn’t do a good job. Had my insurance switch the claim to Martin’s and in less than 2 wks my car was back to brand new status! They were WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and EFFICIENT! Would recommend 100%. I was a little skeptical at first after we brought our van by to get fixed after a accident. Some of the things they said needed done seemed a little off considering it was mostly cosmetic damage such as replacing a headlight and our battery. But after getting it back today Im very impressed with the work they did and even went above and beyond what was needed. Mike was very nice and kept us informed of what was going on and the guys working with on our van even detailed the interior which wasnt necessary for the job.Highly recommend coming here.

I recently had work done on my dodge and the repairs they did were great, however after picking up my car and getting home I reviewed my statement and noticed that there was a 304 mile difference. Between the odometer reading when they got it and the reading on my dash. Why would they take my car for a joy ride when its there for body work not performance issues and I was also missing a Griffin aux cable worth $22 bucks. BE AWARE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF AND INSPECT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Dont get suckered like I did.

My experience with Martins was fantastic. I scheduled an estimate and they said it would take 15-minutes and I was out the door fifteen minutes after I arrived. Car was ready when promised and when I noticed some slightly loose trim the dealer had installed that I didnt like in the first place they stayed and removed it at my request. One of the guys was already leaving work and he came back to help. They even cleaned my engine bay and interior. If there were six stars I would give that. Thanks guys.. Already have told some friends.

I have a 2012 BMW X5 that the driver side from the head light to back tail was smashed in an almost head on collision. Both doors and front fender had to be replaced. I originally brought my X5 to Fields BMW body shop and they acted like they didnt have time for me. They never sent me an estimate of any kind. I called back twice and both times were greeted with empty promises and never heard from them. OK, I said....Then I spoke with my agent, Pete was his name, and he said give Martins Collision Center a try and you will see. At first, I was skeptical. Dave called me and assured me that he will take good care of me. And they sure did. The car was done 4 days early. When I came and picked the car, it was like I was a guest in their home. They were unbelievably friendly. The guy that worked on my car came out and shook my hand. Dave, the owner, came out and met with me. His wife took time to talk to me, as if I was a long time friend (at least, that was how she made me feel). Who does this any more? I am very impressed with Martins Collision Center and promised her I would write a great review and here I am.They have a customer for life and believe me, I am not easy to please. My X5 now looks brand new. Flawless. Replaced 2 doors, fender, any many others small parts, matched the paint perfectly. They also detailed my car, professionally buffed out scratches on all my wheels which were not a part of the fix.This is an example of quality that I am after and thank you Martins Collision Center. They did a beautiful job on my van.I was a little worried because it was the other persons insutance paying the bill. I know insurance likes to skimp.I have to say though. They did a spectacular job. They used all OEM parts not aftermarket parts. They even cleaned the inside of my van and had my rims resurfaced.I would highly recommend them to everyone. My van looks brand new again. Thank you!

I call the office abd the woman is in front was absolutely wonderful, she told me they opened the next morning at 8 am, when I had arrived the office had a gentleman standing at the door way had a smile on his face and I had said u guys have a minute, maybe they didnt hear me and his smile turned into a chuckle and he shut the door with him behind it and so then I left, I was absolutely shocked by this customer service I had to post, I was also recommended I will never return. My mmaco estimate is 2500 and they will reciere my service highly recommended

Worst place ever. Got in an accident and had my car towed here for insurance to look at it. The workers here took out my Pioneer touch screen radio, kept it and then claimed it was never there. Now insurance guy thinks there was never a radio in it so he deducted value. THIS IS HONEST REVIEW. I just had to warn people, take pictures of inside of car to avoid these crooks.

Ive never written a review in my life...but this place deserves one. Much like many others, I was going through State Farm. I picked a place close to my house at first (in Altamonte) and got my estimate done. I was told it would take weeks to get it in the shop (and I was more than unimpressed with their location), so I started looking around. I stopped at about four other places before ending up here, and Im so ridiculously glad I did. Everything from the lobby to the worker who ran outside after I was leaving to ensure I was satisfied...it was all amazing. They finished before the deadline and the car looks amazing. There was no effort at all on my part, it was ALL taken care of (rental care, paperwork, all of it). I love my Mustang, and they put forth so much effort, I cant even begin to describe my satisfaction. If I ever have another reason to get body work, Ill be making the drive to them again.

My brand new fiat 500X was backed into and thanks to the professionals at Martins collision, it is still in brand new condition as if nothing ever happened! Not to mention, the repairs were completed in timely manner by and incredible staff.

My truck was involved in an accident and I went through my insurance USAA which Martins is a preferred vendor. I used to sell Insurnace and can assure you that the process for a business to be a preferred customer with any insurance company but especially USAA isn’t easy.The lady in the office called enterprise for me and setup a rental for my arrival when dropping off the truck. The communication was superb throughout the time my vehicle was being fixed.My main contact was Todd who was very informative, knowledgeable and professional. Overall my experience was a 10/10 and if USAA refers this business then you should as well.Hopefully no more accidents for me but if so I wouldn’t even think about using another business for my repairs.Ryan

Okay so first off let me say how amazing they are. I went to autoxone just to get some things for my car and everyone kept saying how my car looked so new!! When they showed me my car I honestly was about to cry because my car looked brandnew! They even cleaned out the car and washed it to so it had that glow to it. Also Heidi she was so amazing when I had problems getting my rental car because my insurance claimed I didnt have full coverage (which I did and we got that resolved ) Heidi fought for me she told to ppl to get the manager on the phone and see how they can get me in a car. I was able to get my rental because of the previous GEICO rep told them the wrong info but to know that someone such as Heidi was trying to go above and beyond to make sure I could get in a car really meant a lot to me and they also worked around my schedule since my pickup time was around 5 Heidi told me that I can come around 11 and they would be finished amazing ppl and amazing business any customer will be highly satisfied with martins!!
