This team has been taking care of my cars for years, and I won’t use anyone else. Their customer service is top notch! I usually wait in their seating area when I am there for oil changes. I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism when they talk to their customers. As far as major car repairs, again, they are top notch! I’ve never had the feeling that I’m getting screwed. I’m glad they are my mechanics, through good times and bad!

I was stranded in a parking lot after locking my keys in my car. It was 8:30 PM. I called 4 different companies and all refused to come out and rescue me. The last of these competitors said, Just call Chandler. Theyll come right out. I called and they immediately came and unlocked my vehicle so I could retrieve my keys from inside and head home. VERY REASONABLE PRICE and very kind, efficient and helpful.

Great, up-to-date website! I chose the wheel alignment and 2 preferred times, and easily booked the appointment. They responded with an email asking details and confirming the time. I also received a reminder text. I dropped it off, they aligned my car, and called me when it was ready. I picked it up, the guy at the counter was helpful, and Im happy with it all!

Chandlers does prompt and thorough service. I appreciated the digital inspection report to help me understand what repairs might be coming in the future. I chose to bring my Prius here for a second opinion on a brake repair, and they not only did an amazing job, they saved me hundreds of dollars! Im so happy to have found a mechanic that I can trust. Chandlers customer service is excellent! I brought my truck in for an alignment that no other shops in the area were able to do. They had everything needed to fit the aftermarket rims on my dually. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to look at my truck prior to an appointment to ensure it was possible.I also brought my truck in for an inspection sticker, and got a great surprise finding out they do them for free! (Non commercial).I highly recommend Chandlers and will be going back for future needs.

I was met by a dead battery in my car on a cold night. I called AAA. Nicholas got the call. Because I was shopping I had to stay outside, near my car until Nicholas arrived. I needed a short bus moved from one place to a different spot on my property. The new spot was a pretty tight fit. The bus hadn’t run for 10+ years but Nathan came out and was so cheerful, efficient, highly skilled and CREATIVE! He got that bus moved and put it exactly where I needed it. It was a really remarkable and a stress-free experience! From the minute I called Chandler’s and spoke to Lee (sorry if I got your name wrong!!) then Kyle, I felt like my business mattered to them. The price was very reasonable and you’d be crazy to go anywhere else! Who gets this nutty about having a bus moved?? That’s how great the experience was.

Had a vehicle towed to my house because it wouldnt start. When it arrived I asked if the driver would place it on the ramps i had set up in the driveway, he was happy to help. Its nice to have a tow truck driver work with the picky customer.I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Had a flat tire that was stuck on. They came and helped me get it off and the spare on. Would of been easier if the tow truck had a hammer on it (not the drivers fault for this), but the tow truck driver, Mr. Carmichael, was resourceful and improvised to get the tire/wheel off. Would use them again if needed, when my car breaks down.

I required a tow and Kristopher was assigned to tow me. He arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem, loaded my vehicle and towed me to my designated repair facility. he was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to really like his job. He is an asset to his company.

I was in an accident near here and Chandler’s towing came quickly to move my car off the interstate. The accident happened in the middle of the night on a Saturday and I had little options of where to go. Not only did they tow my car, they helped me call hotels, taxis and rental car places to help me find an option to get to where I was headed. If you ever need a tow in the southeastern area of Maine, Chandler’s should be your go to!

I was very happy to find Chandlers Automotive out of necessity when my new truck had an issue. Their tow truck, driven by Fred, helped me out and delivered my truck to their garage. He was friendly and on time. The truck seems to have a faulty starter and is still under warranty. The folks at Chandlers called me and explained that the vehicle was still under warranty and is be better off with a dealership doing the work. They didnt charge me for their time and effort and Im very appreciative. If I have trouble down the road, Ill definitely be coming back!

Was out working in the Sanford area about an hour and a half from home and one of my tires blew out and I didnt have a spare,I called Chandlers and they showed up and took my tire and rim back to there shop and mounted a used tire on it for me and brought it back,I followed the truck back to there shop to pay them and they told me 20 bucks which any other tow company would of been 300 or more for road side assistance like that which even 200 would of been perfectly fair I think, so I insisted on paying them more and they didnt wanna take it and told me if I really wanted to pay more than to just throw there employee who picked up the rim and mounted the tire a few extra dollars so I through him like 40 or 50 bucks,I work on the road traveling every where so ive been on the side of the road a few times and ive dealt with a few tow companys through out new england and that was the 1st time I didnt have to pay out a bunch of money,so if your in the Sanford area or close to it and find your self on the side of the road or need repair work done I would suggest these guys!

I went to Chandlers for a leaking door gasket. Ordered one and fixed it. Very nice people. Went in 2nd time for oil change and tire rotation. I called Chandlers when they first opened Monday morning after having what I thought was a battery issue over the weekend. I had company coming the next day that I had to pick up at the airport so I was panicked. They told me they didn’t have time until Wednesday at best. Somehow, they were able to get parts and replace a bad wire and alternator for my Mercedes (parts are generally a pain and time consuming to get). ALL WITHIN 7 HOURS OF ME CALLING. They performed a miracle. Their customer service is above and beyond. Dave is amazing. They have 3 foreign car techs and go over every inch of your car with a fine toothed comb as a courtesy. They email you and this detailed account of every area of your car and its status along with pictures. This is what the future should look like for all mechanic shops. Customer for life!

My car was towed by AAA to Chandlers. The staff was courteous and friendly. The car was checked out and they determined that the key had lost communication with the car. Apparently they werent getting along that day! I am very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and use them in the future myself. Have been for repairs before and they are always great. Today during snow storm was having trouble with my plow truck. I made it to their shop. They took the truck in diagnosed and repaired extremely fast. They went above and beyond to help me. You cant say that about too many places anymore. I am truly greatful. They saved my day. I as always highly recommend them for quality auto service.

I would not bring my bicycle to them!!! I have brought my vehicles to them for over 2 years, and they did a tune up on my car last year then my engine light came on. Now they say I need a new transmission 🤔 so I took it somewhere else and they change the ignition coil that chandlers cracked when they were doing the tune up. My cost at chandlers would have been over 2 thousand!!! My cost after going elsewhere 300.00 🤨 car is working great. And will never go back to chandlers again!!!!

They towed my 24ft Isuzu in the middle of the night and diagnosed it for an extremely fair price the following days. I wasnt present for either of the 2 tows they did for my truck, but the driver present said the driver was extremely skilled which means a lot coming from him. cant recommend them more, especially having many bad experiences with local tow companies in MA.

I just happened to have to get a car that was towed there from an accident. The woman,Lee, who was helping us was very nice.

Needed to be towed from I-95 to a transmission repair shop. Actually turned out to be a seized front wheel caliper . The service was quick, the driver very polite and helpful. I would highly recommed Chandlers Towing Services.

I went in for potential head gasket issues because my car was overheating and asked for a diagnosis on whether that was the problem and also wanted to take advantage of their courtesy check to see whatever else may be wrong with my car. They charged me 97 dollars to have my radiator hose clamp replaced which is about a 2 dollar part and takes all of 5 minutes to replace for someone who knows what theyre doing. They replaced my radiator cap, also a 2 minute replacement. They charged me for an hour of labor and had my car for 4 days, i had to call them because they took my number down incorrectly. They did give me a list of replacement items i needed to address for inspection which was appreciated. But i didnt get much further than 6 miles from their shop and the very same issue started that i had initially brought the car in for. I ended up getting a quote for 1400 dollars from another shop for all the repairs needed, which was exactly what i expected it would be. I am happy to pay someone to fix what is actually wrong instead of being dismissed and sent on my way. They were professional but their service left me very frustrated and put me out of a car for another week longer than anticipated.

So over the weekend rushing around to get shopping and then laundry done, I ended up locking my fob in the car. On a Sunday no less but I called Chandlers, some one picked up the phone immediately and in less than a half an hour Ryan showed up in one of the tow trucks. Greeted me with a smile went straight to work and had it unlocked in no time. Very professional but personable as well, we talked a bit. And as an added bonus, the price for an unlock, on a Sunday dont forget, was actually about $10 less than I thought it would be. So I would recommend them to anyone who needs the assistance.
