Used to be a good place to take for servicing. But now they seem so busy. Hardly any time y explain anything and they usually dont seem concerned about making sure you get what you want. Plus they over charge for everything.

I went into the service area for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. About 1 hour later I received a call that my car was finished plus a car wash. Also one item that I had asked about they decided didnt need to be done. How often does that happen? I love the Honda service!

Clean, the service manager who helped me was friendly, professional and courteous. Really liked him and the job the tech did on the Odyssey.

Went in for my regular service. Iwas greeted promptly. Everyone was wearing a mask. The facility was clean. They were actively disinfecting the waiting area. My wait time was as expected. Great place to buy and service your car.

Just purchased a new vehicle. Quentin was our salesman. No high pressure sale. Service before and after the sale was awesome. Quentin took time to show us all of the features. I would recommend Quentin and AutoNation Honda!

Fast and friendly service, been coming here since I bought my car in 2013

I paid for a down payment on a car, everything was fine. I signed a few things picked my car up a few days later because had to get the insurance settled. Was told that Id get a call later in the week to pick up my new tag. Almost two weeks later never heard anything. So I called them then they are telling me the back never approved the car and I needed to bring it back. Told them Id bring the car back but I need my down deposit in cash because I paid in cash. Which should be more than fair considering they let me drive a car home that wasnt fully approved. Then they are telling me the reason it wasnt approved was because they never had me sign paperwork with the contract in it, and that I needed to bring the car back as soon as possible, but that they wouldnt give me my cash back but would give me a check. Totally unprofessional, bill the sales manager is completly rude and not helpful at all. A 1 star is generous

Unfortunately I am still doing business with them because I travel so much and this is the most convenient location for me. A total sum of lack of professionalism from higher up, lack of acknowledgment, rude behavior, impatient crew members, lacking empathy, chronic sarcasm leading to racist gestures. I am definitely not one to raise negativity, my life motto is kill them with kindness, however I am hoping this critique will help them improve their system and hospitality. Very disheartening how the quality of service and management has diminished so much, to the point where I am embarrassed to call myself a loyal customer.

If rotating tires, mechanics should know NOT to put offset tires from back to front.

Visited this morning with my 2005 Honda Element, appointment with Rafael Class for the service. He is very friendly, professional, helpful, knows what I really need and care after short conversation with me. My car has couple things need to be done, today I did the front suspension shocks and transmission fluid, total is over $1000, but believe me, it worth the money. Suspension is very professional and precise job, I prefer the most professional technicians here. Also I got a discount email from them days ago, so I was able so save some money. I’ll definitely come back next time, and look for Rafael, thanks again. You guys did a wonderful work!

I dropped my car off at 7:30am for a routine maintenance. 9:00am I was told it would be ready in an hour. 11:30 I call and leave a message. 1:00 I call again and am told they called me. That was not true. By the time I was picked up and finished paying my bill it was 2:00. The car was done (6 hours and 30 minutes later). My car was not washed, my seat was pushed all the way back, the a/c was on blast and my phone contacts were open. There is not enough communication and there is no respect for people’s privacy. I trusted you with my vehicle and you lost my trust by violating my privacy by going through my phone contacts. You did not even have the common courtesy of putting the seat back where it was, turning off the a/c (no reason to put it onto start with) and since you had my car for 6 1/2 hours, it could have been washed.

Pros, one and all! I am always greeted pleasantly whether I am calling or going in person to the Autonation Honda Service Department. They are on time when you schedule an appointment and get you in and out quickly with complete explanations and answers for any questions you may have. I highly recommend them!

I bought a brand new 2016 Civic Ex-t from this dealership.Every time i have an issue with my car that should be covered by the warranty, the techs some how come up with an excuse to make it not covered by the warranty. Its a poor experience every time i come.You have to watch what you say to these guys, the specifically ask you questions to get you to say something that will void the warranty. I wouldnt suggest bringing your car here or purchasing from them.

Visited for service, my wife received a quote for oil change and 4 tires for my Accord over the phone. The service person didnt ask for her name or number for her appointment she set, she realized and called back. The second issue is they quoted us on tires without asking the trim of our Accord so they quoted us for tires on a base model. Not only did they not have tires for my car and had to order but it was $200 more than previously quoted. I brought this up and basically got an our bad. Third issue with this location is on our way for the service appointment a truck dropped a construction cone on the highway and I was unable to avoid breaking my fog light. I requested a damage quote twice as I came back for the correct tires so my car was in service twice and they forgot to provide the quote both times providing an excuse as to why it wasnt done.Overall sloppy service, I personally have moved away so this is no longer the convenient location for me. If you are looking for a good Honda service center I would look elsewhere.

Have leased CRVs from this name changing dealership since they were in Casselberry Florida. Find service to be excellant. Aside from a few newbies, always treated with respect. On last lease they misplaced our tag confirmation from the DMV until day before temp tag experstion. Kept me from making early in month payment on our lease. Salesgirl Gina was best associate in sales I have ever dealt with. Please, if you want the same, ask for her by name. She goes the extra mile in srvicing needs.
