Worst experience of our lives buying a home from PSH. Poor quality homes. We had to call the county and show proof of pictures due to them trying to sell me a home not up to code. The owners also dont care. They offered me 2500 dollars but I would have to sign.a document that states I would not speak poorly of them. Go to other builders in the area.
