Omg. Please pay attention to the reviews. All bad reviews are accurate. Don’t fall into their trap. They fixed our washer only to break something else on it. Has been a fiasco trying to get them back out. They sub out all there work and cannot get the technician to come back out. Called daily only to be told they would get back to me and nothing. Stay away. Do not use. You will be sorry.

I was quoted 60.00 to drain a frozen line. They will ask for your credit card to “hold the appointment.” When they arrive the price for the frozen line became 245.00 and they have your credit card. You don’t have to go forward with the service but you just paid 60.00 for Nothing ! The problem I told them never changed only the price . Beware !!!! Find someone with better reviews.

Tech was nice, knowledgeable and detail oriented. He asked for an honest price for the repair of my dishwasher. I totally will recommend him to friends!

Best price was quoted for the repair of my old Maytag washer. I called several other places, but they didn’t beat the price of this place. And honestly I was not expecting too much since it was cheap, but the tech went thoroughly with my machine. He pointed out the fault fixed it and tested every spin. It runs great and I am really satisfied with the entire experience! I’ll recommend and use again.

I had a bad experience with this company. I had called the company at 3 in the afternoon on Wednesday and they said they could have someone out to me by 6-8pm that night. Then a man called and said that they cant come out at that time and that they could come out between 8-11am witch was fine... but the man came out didnt speak any English at all he would talk to his phone and a man would call me on my cell phone to respond to what was going on.. he took a few photos and said nothing was wrong... and I keep telling him yes there is like I no my stuff.. so I said I need a second person to come look at it... so I called Michael rices company and right away he set a appointment with me.. was not at my house 3 mins and calls me over he has found the problem my intake was frozen... and just need ti be defrosted... so when I called the sanford company for my money back cause they did nothing... the only thing they did was question myself.. so when I called I got hung up on 5 times... then when some one from customers service called me she said she would call me back in 10 mins that was a hour ago.. and still waitting to hear about getting my money back..

Worked had to find out what the problem with my Hotpoint fridge was. Very fair on cost. I recommend this folks.

I am so disappointed. And I feel like Ive been completely cheated.I called on a Sunday just to get an appointment. They scheduled me for Monday (paid $110 over the phone for them to come) and said they would call a half hour in advance before coming. They came Monday, but never called. That was fine, it was whatever. But that should have been my first red flag.The repair person came with a translator since he didnt speak English which was fine. They looked and then told me that they had to order parts. Didnt tell me what parts which was odd, but I chalked that up to weird translation. I had to pay an additional $135 as a deposit to pay for the parts and they would order them. I was also told that they will be in by Thursday and would come that day after they arrived.Ok, I am now in this with quite a bit of money so I go ahead and pay the deposit. I needed both my washer and dryer fixed.Come Thursday I dont hear anything. Radio silence. Around 2pm I called and asked for an update. Were the parts in? Were they coming that day? Just what was going on? A guy answered and told me he would call the repair guy and would call me back in 15minutes. okSilence.I called back at 4pm again asking what was going on. I just needed some kind of info. They had the repair guys translator call me and told me that the parts came in and they would be here 4pm on Friday. Ok, fine.Friday comes....Friday goes. Not a word and no one came.I had an event on Saturday so I called on Sunday. Told them no one showed and he called the tech. The translator called me about an hour later and said that they would be here at 1 on Monday and would call a half hour before. At this point I didnt have much hope, but I gave them one more chance before asking for my money back.Monday 1pm rolls around. Not here and I honestly wasnt surprised. Amazingly the person came at around 2, but never called a half hour in advance. No translator person. Which was fine, but we couldnt communicate very well at all.He fixed it and I paid an additional $200 something. I was just glad it was over at that point and they were working.I went and ran a load of laundry. I came back after it was done and there was water all in the rug. He broke a different part on the washer. Awesome. Great.I called and told them what happened. The translator called me and told me that a tiny bit of water had come out from the hose when he was fixing it. This was a lot of water. The entire carpet was soaked. So he called the repair guy back and then called me. Lots of back and forth and it was fairly annoying. But at the end he told me that he would come today, Tuesday to fix it.And guess what. Here it is Tuesday at 5:00pm and he never showed.Sorry for the long post. To make it short. Not dependable, over charges and the worst communication skills ever.

Horrible customer service. They charge you to come out, and not only do they NOT fix the problem, they make it worse! Multiple messages & calls and nothing from them. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people!

Didnt read reviews first. Bad mistake. These people are not good. They took me for over $600.00 dollar and had to put refrig too curb. Kept saying if you do this it will be fixed. Repair man said they would refund my money. Just got robbed. Stay away.

Dont go to these guys. They will come in, break your stuff, then leave, and not replace it, and youll never hear back from them again.

Charged $40 to come out. Quoted me $500-$800 to repair my fridge without even taking it apart to check the components. Got someone else to fix it and all it needed was a $16 heater pack and 10 minutes to install it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
