I recently had an AC emergency when my 80 year old father was visiting when our A/C went out. I have used Alex and Sun City in the past and have been very happy with his service. I have AHS home warranty and tried to initially get them to send Sun City again, however they insisted on sending another company. Well, the other company came and said they didnt know how to work on a communicating thermostat and just left me wit no AC. I decided to call Alex and Sun City direct and he advised he personally would respond within 30 minutes!! So 30 minutes later, Alex arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. Amazing customer service and responsiveness. Alex and his guys really know their stuff and are very knowledgeable and efficient. This is an honest and great company!! Great company! Quick, detailed, and honest! I called at 10pm and Alex got out here an hour later! Only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue and it didnt take long for him to fix it and check all other components. He also made sure he was explaining everything to me while he was doing it. What a great company. I have used them in the past and what a great experience. So this past Sunday my AC quit blowing cold. I called Alex at 630 in the evening to see if maybe his company could come out in the beginning of the week. Alex was willing to come out that night. I assured him we were ok until he could get us on the schedule. With that being said he was out at my house by noon the next day and had us up a running within the hour. We had another AC company (United Air Temp) give us a large estimate to redo the entire line.I called Sun City and they came promptly, did a full assessment and found issues with our coil. So it was not the line (previous AC company seemed wrong!).Adrien and Alex were great .. Alex, the CEO picked up his phone each time I called him and Adrien was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive.Thanks to them!

We have been without ac for 11 days. First day Sun City came they inspected, diagnosed and found needed part and installed all in 1 day. Big high 5 to this company.

Had cooling issues. Contacted my home warranty and they send a dispatch to Sun City.Was quoted same day service window 12-3. But the tech Matt was in my area and was at my house by 10am.VERY IMPRESSED!Turned out my $300 Nest thermostats was the issue.10/10 service rating for Matt!

These guys are awesome! I found this company quickly on google & they got someone out to me within the hour when my AC unit stopped working, on a Friday night, in the middle of the night! No other company I called had techs to even send out at this time. I am so thankful because normally I could take the heat for a few days but I am pregnant and very sick. I usually dont leave reviews but after the way Sun City and their employees treated us I had to share. Our AC was out for a second time within a week because the first contractors that came out, botched the job. Alex the owner took the time and the effort to deal with the insurance company to expedite our claim and expedite getting the part after learning that my 1 yr old baby was sick. The technicians who came out (Josh and Mathew) were super professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 24 hours. I honestly can not sing their praises enough. Very dishonest. I received three quotes about my a.c. unit. This company was trying to get me to buy a whole new a.c. unit plus have work done on the pipes in my walls. I decided after hearing that to get other opinions. Long story short my a.c. is up and running and I did not have to buy a new unit nor mess with the pipes. Sunshine is just out to get you. The service guy was here 20 mins and was already saying we needed a new unit. Glad I went with my gut feeling and called someone else! Beware !

Never wrote any review in my life but in this matter I cant help it becouse I want to help others to choose the right people.They are very honest people. I have sears home warranty so I called them to come when my air conditioner stopped. They came on time and they also didnt charge me even when sears wanted me to pay my deductible. Sears told me even if its a small problem you have to pay but on the other hand sun city didnt want me to pay. The guy who helped me, his name is Alex. Incase you want to know his name. Good luck!
