After poor experiences trying to use Del-Air and Home Depot to replace my AC, I found Ice Age online. Within minutes of my inquiry, Craig called me and came right over.I knew I needed a new AC but Craig checked my current unit to see if he could provide and savings right away. After the review, Craig was able to locate an available system within my cost range immediately. Surprisingly, he was back in just a couple hours to install the outside unit so my family and I didnt needlessly suffer another night without AC in the hot summer heat.That night we slept sooo cool. The next morning he and his team were on time, back at installing the inside unit. He explained problems with my existing unit, care and maintenance for my new unit, and any other questions I had during the installation process.His team cleaned up after themselves, they were respectful and professional the entire time. Late one night our A/C condenser fan decided to rocket several of its ball bearings half way to the moon. By morning the inside house temperature was equal to that of the sun. In an effort to prevent the kids from slow roasting like a thanksgiving turkey I gave Ice Age Air Conditioning a call. Their team was at our house in less than 30 minutes. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair estimate and had us back up and running within the hour!! Highly recommend!

Had a dying compressor that was clearly on its last legs. Called and explaining the trouble and ask if they could come take a look. Rather than sending me off to someone else, they said theyd be by in a couple hours. He arrived, diagnosed the problem with my AC, and gave me several options to get it running again. I chose to replace the unit expecting it would be a while before he could come back to do the work. It was up and running by noon. I appreciated the directness of his approach and the quality of his work. Cost was very reasonable.

The techs are very professional, very personable, very thorough, great walking me through what he did, why he did it and the purpose. The tech also had a great disposition and even though it was a late appointment; he didnt show any tiredness or impatience. Scheduling an appointment was very easy they accommodate your schedule. The owner, CRAIG, presents great customer service and ensures that clients are satisfied. Great company, great service, and reasonable cost. No A/C in 90+ degree weather is so awful. Of course any breakdown always happens over the weekend. For us that was Saturday afternoon. I left a message for them and got a text back later from Craig giving me a list of suggestions on what to check. Unfortunately none of those easy things were my problem but that is the first time a company has offered free advice just to help out. Its good business.When we could not fix ourselves he scheduled an appointment on Monday, Craig came on time, knew exactly what is was and fixed it. I guess this start motor capacity is a normal problem with a 10 year old unit and he carries the part so it was fixed in 15 minutes. I could not be happier.I would recommend them highly. They were extremely helpful, conscientious and quick.

Ice Age A/C is a great reliable and affordable company that is one of the only ones open 24 hours a day and the owner himself is not only a hard worker but very good at what he does!

All around great service. Craig, the owner came to my house on Sunday after we found our AC leaking water. We had to leave it off, otherwise it would have ruined our wood floors. With the heat creeping up on us, we were anxious for Craigs arrival. Thankfully he was running on time and what seemed about an hour has finished with cleaning the system and got it running cold again within 20 minutes. Great job and if we have any other issues we will be sure to call you. On top of that his charge was not so bad, nice guy too.

Last minute phone call of the day and he was right over within the hour! Gave us a 1-2 hour window for courtesy. Changed out a part and I was up and running! Craig is 10/10

Installed new system a few months ago, dented the outside unit twice which caused the fan to vibrate, said he would fix. Put wrong size filter in inside air handler which dropped to the bottom the whole month till I changed it therefore sucking up all the dust and pet hair. Overflow backed up with algae after only two months. Unit is now blowing hot air and can not get him to respond to phone calls, text, or emails.
