I was throwing a wedding/reception party in my backyard and reserved 2 generators to make sure the band, DJ, and any other electrical needs would run. NTR had what we needed and were able to rent 3 35-gal garbage cans as well. Front desk clerk was very helpful in helping unload them after the party. Andy even told me about their weekend special to help me save a little on cost - which I was very appreciative of.

J.R. was extremely polite and helpful! We needed carpet fans delivered as quickly as possible to a location outside of their delivery area. They not only stepped up but arrived exactly when they said they would. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

Our nonprofit organization had such a great experience with Northside Rental. We had a problem with the generator and Dustin came out right away and got it going again and on time. Jamal and Alex were also AWESOME. These guys were the best and we will definitely use them again.

This place was great. Picked up a chainsaw for a day rental. Had some issues with it, but they quickly swapped it out no questions asked (issues not their fault). Returned earlier than expected and they credited me for a shorter rate - very fair. Great, easy experience!

These guys are awesome! Helped in a pinch when I needed an indoor floor jack. JR arranged to have one of his crew bring it to me since it was about to rain. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. Very few companies do that these days. They also have helped my work crews on occasion when they needed special equipment. This store has the best costomer service I have ever encountered. I went in and told them I was doing my Eagle Scout Project and would be needing to rent some tools throughout a couple weeks and once I told them what I needed they said that they would be happy to sponsor my troop and that I could use any tools I needed. I unknowingly ended up needing a lot more equipment than I prepared for and them allowing me to use their tools free of rent saved my project from going way over budget. I would not have been able to finish my project if it were not for this group of employees. Overall this is a really great business and I highly recommended going to them for whatever you need.

The Team at Northside Tool Rental made renting a 3 wood chipper a great experience. The machine was in great working order and they took the time to explain the details. That machine is a branches eating beast - and my yard looks much better. Thanks.

The employees here will help you with anything that you need! I needed a metal detector to find my wedding band and they had just was I needed, and he walked me through the process of how to operate it. Not only was it a bargain to rent the metal detector, I found my band in the snow! I will definitely go back for any tool needs that I have in the future!

When the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke remained trapped in the garage of a house that my wife and I had recently purchased, we had three options. We could either vomit, pass out, or rent an ozone generator. We chose door number 3.J. R. was extremely helpful with the rental process. I had rented the generator on a Saturday, and was scheduled to return the unit before 9am Monday. I explained to J. R. that we had the movers arriving at 8am Monday. J. R. saved the day by giving me an extended rental return time of 2pm Monday. Those 5 extra hours helped me to avoid a late fee, and eliminated the stress of fighting morning traffic madness to be back in time to meet the movers. Thank you so much J. We rented a ladder to help with gutter cleaning and Jamal and Alex were incredibly helpful through the whole process. We were in and out in minutes and got exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back for future tool needs!

Excellent crew and good reliable equipment. Called and spoke with Jamal on phone. Assured me that they had the ladder I needed. Arrived at store to pick up ladder, ladder was in great condition. Alex and Jamal loaded the ladder and unloaded 48ft ladder. Couldnt have asked for better service.

I rented their 12 Material Lift to lift furniture to the second floor. Worked perfectly. Delivery and pickup were great with Alex. Id definitely use NTR Sandy Springs again.

Everything was fine, but there was an unexpected $107 cleaning fee when I returned my item.Granted I didn’t read the rental agreement, but it would have been nice if they told me before hand so I could have hosed it off.

I rented a 6 wood chipper. Andy explained various pricing options and spent time with me when I came to actually see it in the store. When he delivered it, he showed me exactly how to use it and what to do if it jammed, etc. I used it for 2 days and had absolutely no problems! Andy picked it up as scheduled. This location - just a bit south of its previous spot next to Starbucks has its act together. Thank you!

Called NTR, they recommended another sander, and they delivered the sander in 30 minutes. All this on a Saturday when I was pressed for time in getting my project completed over the weekend! Advertised several automotive floor jacks on line. First store didnt have any and when I asked which locations did, his response was rude and unhelpful. Called three other locations and none carried this equipment (not that they carried it and it was rented - they didnt rent what was advertised).

Dont park there after hours or within 5 minutes your car will be booted.
