Don’t rent from this location - you would be better served to find the nearest UHaul and grab a truck from there. Don’t be tempted by the convenience. Terrible customer service, we waited an hour in line to to be skipped over multiple times because the Home Depot Employees were too unconcerned with what they were doing to pay attention to the line and the people in it. They must not care about actually providing the service. Save yourself some time and skip this service.

Needed a pro rear tine rototiller for 7500sq ft prep for sod earlier this year, considered buying used until I found this Home Depot Tool Rental had better quality Honda for a fraction of the price for a daily rental. Rental of ramps and use of my personal truck meant the whole affair was fast and painless and saved me a ton, I turned the whole project in 4 hours. This is a very busy Tool rental store, recommend renting late in the evening or early, be there when it opens in the morning like the pros do to avoid all the DIYers and long lines.

Never rent a tool from this place. The cleaning fee is a ripoff. I spent 10 minutes washing my equipment before returning and they still charged the cleaning fee. I will never rent another tool from Home Depot and will do everything possible to never buy from Home Depot again.
