From the very first day my now husband and I went to Farsi we were impressed. What brought us in was the fact that they offer Moissanite gemstones, which is what I wanted instead of a diamond for my engagement ring. (PSA: theyre 100% guaranteed to be conflict-free and more budget friendly! Win-win!!!!)Cams extensive knowledge and expertise, combined with his winning charisma won us over immediately. (Hes also very honest. He tells you both pros and cons) We ended up custom designing my engagement ring plus my two wedding bands and my husbands wedding ring with him! It sounds intimidating to custom-design, but it was easy and fun at Farsi!!For as long as I can remember, I thought I wanted a wedding band that matched my engagement ring band. I went with Cams recommendation- and I ended up with not only a matching pave band as well as a bezel and I honestly like the bezel setting band even more!My husband initially wanted a black tungsten band, but after an extensive education and alternative recommendation, he got a white gold wedding band with channel-set set black diamonds!Cam is extremely thorough and really works with you to create something that youll cherish. After the initial design process- which we saw on a computer screen in a graphic rendering, we came in to check out a 3D printed mockup of my engagement ring along with all the stones before the jeweler created the rings. Customer service is a priority and even after the Jeweler finishes, if youre not happy with the final result Cam will work with you to make it right.We were thrilled with the final result however! I even go back ever couple of months for a quick, complementary steam clean, which always leaves my rings looking brand new!!I could go on and on with details and nuances of our ongoing experience but I highly suggest you go for yourself for any jewelry needs!

I had an aquamarine stone in a basic silver setting. They upgraded my mount to an amazing custom white gold setting. I cant say enough about how gorgeous it looks. I didnt want a wedding ring like everyone else. They listened to my needs and involved me in each step. Absolutely knew what would highlight the stone as well as be comfortable to wear. My husband recently purchased an updated 3 stone diamond platinum setting ring for me from Kam @ Farsi Jewelers. It is beautiful and Kam was so great with us! We originally purchased a 3 stone ring many years ago fromKam when he was at his prior location and we knew he would be great to work with many years later in our custom request utilizing the center diamond on my old ring as a side stone and creating a new setting and adding a larger center diamond and another matching side diamond with a new setting. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews that say that the customer service here is poor. Everyone I spoke with here was very nice and helpful. They re-sized my engagement ring, and it actually took a little longer than what they said initially because it was an intricate piece and the jeweler wanted to spend extra time on it (and I really appreciated that). They are more reasonable price-wise for appraisals and re-sizing than anyone else I could find also. They welcomed me to come back and get it cleaned any time and they sent me a hand written thank you note for my business. I almost didnt try this place because of some of the comments on google and yelp but I am glad I decided for myself and called them anyway.

Farsi Jewelers provided us with some diamond rings that were later stolen. We contacted Kam and he was very helpful. He said we should use him because he is on the list of approved jewelers from our insurance company. He worked well with the insurance company, but he seemed to lose enthusiasm during the process. I assume it has to do with the insurance companys reimbursement. Even though we are out of town, he stayed in touch and communicated well. Ultimately, he provided us with one nice ring, but the other more expensive ring, did not work out. I was surprised that he charged us in the hundreds of dollars because of his costs. For this reason, I probably would not use Farsi again.

Excellent store. But be ready for a ride if you want to build your own design with Kambiz, the artist-in-residence. There is so much flexibility with his CAD tools that you can have pretty much anything drawn and built. Or nothing at all if you procrastinate too much. So build a drawing of what you want, and let Kambiz take care of the rest. You will not be disappointed.

I started going in 2005 after needing to re-set my former diamond ring stone into a pendant. They were extremely reasonable and did a great job. Fast forward circa 2011, my aunt gave me a fabulous 40 yr old cocktail Diamond and Sapphire ring that has a high setting and has gone thru 1. bent prong 2. Fallen main stone and complete resetting and 3. Fallen diamond. Everyone at Farsi already knows me and they are always ready to rescue it. Haha. I have also had jewelry cleaned and steamed, treated and pampered. Most recently I made my first high end jewelry purchase and I wouldnt had done it anywhere else. They also did appraisal for my cocktail ring for very economical fee. They are warm, professional and have grear personality. Did i mention they work quickly? Why bother going to those chains to get mediocre service and youre just a sales ticket and their jewelry isnt that special anyway?Kam and his staff definitely makes it for an amazing experience and I most undeniably adore the hell out of them! Farsi has me forever!Btw I did purchase a tennis bracelet, stud earrings, necklace and he had set a ring for me....with more projects lining up! Cant wait for my next piece of jewelry!

Stopped by for Google offer and turned out this is a fantastic watch & jewelry store right off of 285 on roswell road!

I just posted a similar review on Yelp, but my wife says that Google is where most people are going for their information, so, here it is again :)I have been a customer of Farsi Jewelers since 2011, back when they were at the other Roswell location. I have worked primarily with Kam, but all the employees there have provided superior customer service. Kam has answered so many questions for me over the years, as well as helped me to sell some very important pieces of jewelry. He is always patient and willing to answer any questions I have. Recently, after over a year of waiting for the right buyer, Kam helped me to sell a very expensive item for an excellent price. I know that the price was more than fair because I also consulted a friends relative who is also in the jewelry business. This review is long overdue. Again, I can personally attest that with Kam and Farsi Jewelers, you are safe with any sale or purchase.

Farsi Jewelers is amazing. I went to them with an idea for what I wanted and presented my Pintrest board designs to Kambiz (store owner). He took the time to sit down with me and discuss how he would design the ring of my dreams. He not only reassured me that he would make it look just like I wanted it to look but actually designed the ring in a 3D model in front of me so I could make any modifications then and there!! Kambiz and his wife are experts who really know what they are doing and have the patience of saints to discuss your every concern/detail and request with you to make sure you walk out feeling as satisfied as possible. I like the ring even better than any of the designs I looked at online because they translated what I was looking for into a ring while being up front and honest with me about anything that didnt make sense. I highly recommend them to anyone even considering purchasing a ring or piece of jewelry. Especially if it is a special unique piece you are looking for.

I went to sell one of my rings at Farsi jewelers and the lady said that KP meant that the ring was plated which was a lie it means it Karen plum then she said the diamond which is 40 points was too small for them to buy basically this place is a rip off I would not suggest anybody go there
