Great customer service! Nice location. We went in for jewelry repair, left with the completed repair and a new charm (which was ordered, since they didn’t have on hand) for my repaired necklace! Im not one who really ever buys jewelry, but I did have an old necklace of mine break recently. It has a pendent I love, so I decided to get on the Googles and look for a jewelry store that was NOT going to force me into a dreadful mall [redundant, I know]. I found Alex and let me tell you, he is one cool dude. His service & expertise had me in & out of there in no time. And I now have a much better necklace for the pendent, and @a reasonable price. Went to Alex for my now fiancés engagement ring. I had a completely custom idea. Alex took the time to educate me on different stones and what their values were. And really went above and bring my idea of the ring to life from scratch. My fiancé was completely blown away, as was I. It was exactly what we envisioned. Alex is the absolute best. My fiance recently bought me an engagement ring at a different jeweler. We took it to Alex to ask his opinion on the craftsmanship, fix aesthetic problems, as well as resizing it. He gave us his honest opinion without criticizing the original jeweler that made it. I live out of state for school and he fixed the ring the next day. It was supposed to be a simple resizing. It turned out that the ring was made poorly and had plenty of structural issues. Alex spent 3+ hours with us, staying over an hour later than closing, fixing the ring. He has an insane work bench and educated us all the while. We could not have had a better experience. My fiance wishes we would have went to him from the beginning. We will be customers forever and look forward to him making our wedding bands. Alex came through for me. The crystal on my deceased fathers watch broke Because the watch was old, it was very hard to find a crystal replacement. Alex took the time to shift through numerous sizes of crystals to find one that would fit. It meant a great deal to me that he was willing to spend the time to do this. Its rare to find someone who cares that much about their clients. He is tryly a gem.

Alex and Vera were great! I was visiting Sandy Springs for a week and noticed my solitaire needed repair. I took it to Alex. It looks amazing now! I couldnt be happier with his price or his craftmanship. I also showed him my diamond band which was missing a small diamond and had a couple more cracked stones. He offered to repair it for a quarter the price of what my hometown jeweler quoted. Again, it looks amazing! I told them I was leaving town on Saturday. They opened that morning early to have my pieces ready on time. Ill be sending all repairs and commissioning new pieces from Alex and Vera from now on.

This was beyond a amazing experience! After a last minute descsion on a engraved cigar box 5 min before closing! Alex and his wife made it happen for me with a big smile and warm heart. I got a personalized engraved gold plate for a cigar box. It came out perfect. He cut it, and perfectly mounted it on the box! Thank you so much Alex! I went in for a battery replacement after reading some positive reviews here... and I can honestly say that anything positive you read is 100% true.Alex greeted me immediately upon entering, introduced himself, and gave me a firm handshake. He asked me how he could help me, and then immediately replaced the battery in my watch for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other jewelers.This is the kind of business that everyone should support. I came to Alex & his wife for all my jewelry needs when living in Sandy Springs. I had an emergency situation where I was leaving the country for good and my brand new wedding band was missing a particular type of diamond. I was devastated and this happened two weeks after our wedding. I went to Alex in within two days he had it back to me in time to leave the country and secured all the rest of the diamonds in my wedding band. I have been out of the country for four months now and my wedding band is in perfect condition. I fully recommend this place to anyone.

The first time I went to the shop, I waited at the front door for a good while for the store to open. (It was after 10:00 am) So I left with kind of a bad impression.
