I got my new laptop just 45 days before and the power button broke down. I visited the store We Can Fix it, Sandy Spring and the service was quick and responsive. The place is awesome. I had called several places before but every place asked me to give my laptop to them for atleast 4-5 business days. This place provides quick fixes and and professional. I highly recommend this place for technology needs. For me, this is my To-Go place whenever I have technical needs. Thanks.

Overall, okay. Customer service was good but overall, just okay. For starters, they use 3rd party parts without telling you. They told me that the OEM was no longer available, but I found out later that its very much available. Second, Ive been noticing that my phone doesnt appear to be as sealed as it once was, so now Im not so sure my phone is waterproof/ water resistant. I had to try to pinch it closed and use a blowdryer to try to get it more sealed.Theyre nice people with pretty good pricing, but I dont know if Im confident in the integrity or performance of my phone now compared to before. If I could take back this purchase, I probably would.

*Not recommend place* Over price and try to ripped customs. Came to fix my iPhone 11 the issue was phone is charging not working. I know the problem, there was bunch of dust in side the charging port. And they quote me 159$ for the port. The only thing they did is removed the dust.I ask her whats the problem and she said she has to replace whole cable.

I’ve never used a phone repair service before and decide to give this store a try. I was having a SIM card issue with my iPhone. They fixed it in under 5 minute and I was good to go! I’ve had no issues since. The technician was friendly and was wearing a mask. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend!

NOT GOOD FOR APPLE!!! I have documentation from Apple that this place cause third party damage. You’d have to open the phone to know the damage because on the outside it looks perfectly fine but the touchscreen does not work anymore! When I told the manager he said he would have to try a few more things to fix it and it would be an additional $79. I took my phone in for a shattered screen. Screen looks great now and the employees are nice enough but bottom line my phone does not work properly and now I’m headed to Apple to have them fix it for $150. Wish I didn’t wast $99 here!!!

If i could give this place zero stars I would!! My brother took in his phone because the screen on his phone wasn’t turning on. They took more then a week to “fix” the phone. Im sorry but there are places that fix it in a day even within a couple of hours. When he got it back his phone didn’t charge!!! Upon taking it back, the man at the store told him it now had a charging problem and he would have to pay more money..So after the phone was taken in for a screen issue and being there for a week you failed to see and inform us that it had another issue?? an issue it never had before and now costing more money... kinda weird! I called the store to see how they run their business. The man was rude over the phone and argued with me the entire time.This place takes advantage of their customers! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else!

I have been to the We Can Fix It, Sandy Springs location, multiple times for multiple devices (iPhones and pixels). Had a little snafu, or miscommunication in one encounter, but they addressed it and helped fix a later issue with a phone for no charge!They are always friendly, prompt and fairly priced! I cracked my iPhone screen & decided to bring to ‘We Can Fix It’ for repair. I also had a laminated glass screen protector fitted (all for $160). Little did I know that the parts are not genuine Apple components. After picking up my ‘repaired’ phone it was obvious that my device was having difficulties. Touch screen was terrible & features such as pinch to zoom simply would not work.When I returned to complain, I was told the screen protector was causing all the problems. The sales assistant then proceeded to rip off the protector and told me it was fixed..After further complications I returned and demanded my money back. I was then told I could get my money back if I handed back my phone to have my old cracked screen reattached...Needless to say that I am very disappointed in the attitude of both the sales assistant, and store manager..ADVICE: if you have a cracked iPhone screen then goto your local Apple store. It is the same price as We Can Fix It & the service and care is infinitely better!

I drove over from the other side of town to bring my phone in. I passed two places that repair phones on the way but i wanted to take my phone to We Can Fix It because i trust them and i know they would take care of my phone. I hear about other places charging too much all the time but i know these guys are fair and that i would be in good hands. Compounding the pain of cracking my cell phone screen, I had the excruciating experience of dealing with We Can Fix It and its manager, Chad Tucker, in particular. Unfortunately I had cracked my screen while on vacation and had contacted We Can Fix It to see if they could in fact fix it when I returned. They confirmed that it would take about an hour to repair the screen for my particular phone and that they would be open at noon on the Sunday when I returned.Not wasting any time, I headed straight to their store at noon on Sunday to find the door locked and lights off. I called the store, but no one answered. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to run some other errands before returning. When I went back at 2, they were open and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of not opening on schedule. Apparently they open whenever they can despite the hours posted on their door. Furthermore, they let me know that their supplier for my screen was not open on Sunday, so they would not be able to repair my phone until Monday. I paid a deposit for the screen and agreed that I would return the next day during lunch at around noon to have it repaired while I had lunch.When I went back the next day at 11:45, they had the replacement screen and Chad informed me that my phone would not be ready until 3:30. He did not seem to care that this was now my third trip to his store and that I had scheduled my entire day on Monday such that I could wait an hour to have it fixed.Thoroughly frustrated I asked that he refund the deposit, so I could go elsewhere for the repair service. He readily agreed to refund the money but repeatedly barked at me to sit down while he got it. When I continued to stand at the counter waiting for my refund, he stood and stared down at me in a threatening way. After several minutes of this staredown, he finally handed me the refund.The good news of this entire story is that he actually saved me several hours and lots of money. A Google search revealed that a company called Lifeline was only a short drive away. They were able to replace my screen in an hour for 25% less in cost! And also, they provide a 120-day warranty on the repair.If you should find yourself in need of a screen replacement, I highly recommend that you avoid Chad Tucker and call Kestas at Lifeline.

My iPhone 6s Plus had some pretty bad water damage while I was at a summer pool party. It wouldnt hold a charge or turn on past the Apple logo screen. Brought in an iPhone6+ in with a cracked screen, they replaced the screen with a non-OEM part that was very cheap. The colors are totally washed out and the refresh rate on the panel is terrible, you can see the screen tear when scrolling around.Tried to go in and get a refund, but the manager was not available as many of the low-star reviews here state. I would recommend avoiding this place if you do not want the parts in your phone replaced with cheap sub-par knock-offs.

The protector screen on my IPhone 7 was shattered and it appeared the phone screen was broken also. The Manager checked the phone over and determined it was the protective screen only and repaired the phone, installed a new protective screen and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. Total cost was $25.00 for the new screen. Recommend this place for your phone or computer repairs.

I would give this company less then 1 star if possible. I had dropped my phone last week, took it to We Can Fix it, where they replaced the screen and recommend that I purchase their screen protector for an additional $20. 2 days later as I was pressing the screen with my finger and it cracks. I called them and the refuse to even listen to my complaint. The gentleman hung up on me 2 times before I called back and asked to speak to the manger. He then told me the manager was not working and would be in tomorrow. I asked for the managers name and he refused to tell me his name and hung up a 3rd time. He then didnt answer the phone when I called back.

My original review was premature. After a couple weeks of having an off-brand screen, I started experiencing all sorts of problems. While using certain apps, the screen would just go black and I would have to do a hard reset to turn it back on. Additionally, Siri wasnt responding to my voice prompts. When I took my iphone 6 into the Apple store, they let me know there was a problem with the display. Sure I had to pay $160 and wait 3 hours, but nothing compares to the Apple screen. There is a huge difference in quality and performance when you have the right parts for your technology. If you want to pay $60 less and get a quick fix, this is the place to go. However if you want your phone to perform the way its supposed to, bite the bullet and spend the extra time and money.

My husband brought his iPhone here to replace a cracked screen. The replacement screen was completely faulty or incorrectly installed because his phone never worked properly (ie. Random applications opening, sporadic typing, non-recognizing touchscreen, etc). He returned to We Can Fix It and requested that they Fix It, but they refused his request for a new screen, refund, or even a discount. We were out $90 but had to bite the bullet and pay Apple to replace the screen. The phones worked great since so we are 100% sure that We Can Fix It, not only, did not Fix It; they Broke It. Overall, bad business practice. Save your money, go anywhere else.

I took my phone to be fixed, they broke it further. Not only that but made me pay since they had changed screen. Phone is still not working and they have kept it for over three weeks. Every time I call the location the manager is not in and no one else can help me with my phone it is unprofessional and I would not recommend this to anyone else. I purchased an item that broke after 3 weeks use. I attempted to return it for a refund or exchange and was informed they do not refund anything purchased there for any reason. I pointed out there are no signs in the store indicating they do not provide refunds at all for any reason and that all sales are final, nor did they mention this at time of sale. He then told me the product was after market despite being labeled as Samsung. I will not shop there again.

Ok service. I dont recommend because of unclear and high pricing experience.Stopped by to fix iPhone home button and didnt end up using the service. At first the pricing was vague. Just told me not to worry about it and that I would be happy with the price. When I pressed for a price they said an inspection would be $99 and a fix would be $79 if needed. I said that was too high and they responded with $129. I felt this was still too high and left.Later found RepairIT in Smyrna that had free inspection and $70. They have all 5-star reviews and are much more organized inside.
