Dont waste your time here! I turned my laptop in for screen replacement. Was told that they will call me in couple of days. Two weeks later I called them to check on the status, hoping that its done or almost done. Waited 15 min. on hold (hanged up, because... 15 minutes, really!?), called back again, just to hear that they didnt even order a new screen. Result: two weeks gone and no result. Hope you find a better place.

James was super nice, very helpful, the repair took like an hour and he helped me pick out a screen protector and phone case. The only thing is the price. Just a screen repair was 184 dollars for my iPhone X which hurt my heart and my bank account. Besides that the service was great so if you can bank it, i definitely recommend.

I broke the screen on my S10 and could not unlock to transfer data to new phone. They were closing in 1 hour and said that they would wait for me to get there to complete the repair and data transfer. They are life savers!!!!!!!!!!!

My dog cracked my computer screen. I shopped around Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Marietta for the best price to have the screen replaced. A place called Experimax was somewhat closer to my commute, but CPR Cell Phone Repair gave a slightly better price and was a lot easier to communicate with. Highly professional and friendly folks. Outrageous! My daughter went there just to fix her cracked screen on an iPhone. $179!!! Now Double the price than what I paid before the new ownership came in. I suggested her to go there and absolutely regret doing so. We are a family with many phones but will not go there. Lost my trust in value. Shop around before going there.

Stopped in because I had a charging port situation, my cords werent fitting snug and it was difficult to get a charge, I couldnt even get my headphone adapter to connect whatsoever. I did my research and thought this was because of dirt and dust crammed and stuffed in the port. I stopped by CPR Cell Phone Repair to confirm my suspicions. James helped me and cleaned out my port no charge. Now my cable seat firmly in the port, I can get a charge no matter what and my headphone adapter gets a connection so I can use my earbuds again. I needed a cracked screen repaired on my phone. I called several cell phone repair businesses and all said they didnt have the replacement part in stock and it would be at least 2 business days before it arrived.I called CPR Cell Phone Repair and Scott answered. He had the part in stock and said he could complete the repair in an hour. The price was in line with or better than other places. I went there and Scott did a great job. I really appreciate the honesty and dedication to customer service that Scott and CPR Cell Phone Repair in Sandy Springs showed.

The prices are not fixed. iPhone 7 screen replacement was quoted $70 one day, $75 on another day and today I went to fix my screen and they say it’s $95. This happened in a span of 2 weeks. I would rather get it done by certified service places like Best Buy. One good review will save you $5 but if you go couple of days later chances are the screen is going to cost $5 more so I don’t think it as savings. Rip off.

Did a good job fixing it when they did, and everyone there seems really nice as polite, however they did damage my phone and forgot to give me back my SIM card, and in the end I did have to travel there, which is an hour round trip for me, 5 times.

Brought in my son’s iPad with a broken off cord. Another place didn’t even want to try and repair. These guys tried and had it fixed in under 10 minutes (and they may hate me for saying, but they refused to accept payment since it was so quick for them). Everything was five star in their service and repair of iPad screen.

I wanted to rate this a 1 Star, but since I feel that’s unfair, I’m going with 2. I showed up 10 minutes before the store was supposed to be open and waited in my car until 10 am. Checked the door and it was still locked so I went back to my car. I was reading when I seen another car pull in almost 10 minutes after the store should be open, he gets out and I try to read his shirt to see if he was who I was waiting for. He looks at me and through my rolled up windows I hear him one the phone (the same one he was holding while driving) complaining loudly because I was trying to figure out if he worked at this location. I think I’ll stick with Cellairis seeing as the employees have no desire to be respectful while in uniform.

Im back in action thanks to CPR-Sandy Springs location. My phone screen was broken AND had water damage from a recent rainstorm. Now it looks brand new and works great. They repaired it at a great price too! Thanks CPR.
