Disappointed... I left State Farm after Shep Lawrence gave me good rates for my home and auto insurance. Just 10 months later, his agency hiked up my home rates 15%!!! Yes, thats crazy, right? I called and explained my frustration and offered them 2 weeks to get my rates back down or Im going back to State Farm.
