This is the worst company I have ever dealt with their customer service is horrible and dont ever return phone calls this ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I have never heard of an insurance company not canceling your own insurance policy over the phone I mean because a real insurance company would let me cancel over the phone i gave my name my policy number and my vehicle name and birthday and address and. They tells me I couldnt even cancel my own policy and that I would have to send an email which I think is suspicious and what is this a cult or a gang where if you get in you cant get out I tell you one thing if they dont cancel my insurance with them I will send the police to their address
At first it was good service for about 1 week but then it hit a 180 . David montes is a terrible agent and if you happen to get him as your agent i suggest you switch . he never answers your calls and send you straight to voicemail . i’ve called for about two months now and had to talk to another representative and they told me he’d contact me and never did .save your time and lawyer up if it’s a lot of damage
Highway Robbery!!! Poor Communication, filed a claim over a month ago and my vehicle still hasn’t been repaired they never call work updates . Complete nightmare. The adjuster David Montes never returns calls, you have to constantly call them about everything but they will make sure to remind you about your up and coming payment. This company is only out to collect your money and they do not make good on their claims
Wasnt helpful at all been calling for 3 months trying to get car fixed they dont call you back nor does supervisor calls back
One of the worst companies to have insurance with I have been trying to get a refund for a now. It seems as is no one there knows what they are doing very poor customer service. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
Editing my review to add that that when I called on Monday regarding this matter, they were very responsive and issued a new check right away, which I deposited successfully.My parked car was hit and they are the company who insures the at-fault driver. While the agent I spoke with, Yashica Bradley, was very professional, responsive, and handled the claim quickly the check they sent was invalid. My bank was unable to verify it and said it needs to be reissued, which is of course delaying the repair. This seems really sketchy to me and I have to wonder if they are legit. Issuing a bad check is definitely concerning and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
I truly believe this insurance company is a scam be aware. Im not sure about the insurance office in Kroger Plaza Stone Mountain Ga. No one could answer why finance company stating theres no insurance on car. I called the Rep was unprofessional and couldnt answer questions. Also they didnt automatically send out renewal info had supposed to receive 24hr call back no one could answer or why. Money is paid on time something is very fishy about this insurance location
After paying renewal 2 months before deadline plus 1st and and almost paying the 2nd parcels I found out there was no option to make payments anymore on their portal. My car insurance appeared as EXPIRED. It drove me crazy because I had no idea what was going on. No idea pf how long Ive been driving my car to work with it EXPIRED. The important detail is that I spoke to Embark General representative twice regarding this renewal in the past, last conversation she collected the monthly installment, I wanted to pay ahead to avoid problems like that. Last Saturday- the day I was trying to make one more payment, just found out it wasnt renewed, I called the company and there was no Customer service to speak with or any representative, only the automated system. Guys, Honestly.. it is very frustrating!
Terrible experience! Their customer bumped into my husbands car. It has been already two weeks since accident, my husbands car is being repaired and he still did not receive the rental replacement. Their agent was taking his time to respond even when knowing my husband needs the car to commute to work. When we received the reservation number to get the rental replacement vehicle from Hertz, Hertz office we had an appointment scheduled at 3pm at appeared closed.Not funny. Not proffessional.
Terrible customer service! Took forever for my claim. And they give you the bottom dollar. Sick an unconvince dealing with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve talked to 5 different people within 2 hours because they keep putting me on hold then hanging up on me. Norma had me on the phone for 30 mins and promised she’d call back AND OF COURSE SHE DIDN’T. I don’t know why I even believed her. I made a payment and my policy was still canceled and now nobody can conveniently find it but they took my money. They are not helpful at all and don’t have any answers for you. I guess RJ was the only one that gave me insight on what was going on, I can appreciate that but here it is I have no insurance and it’s been that way for the last 3 weeks because of non payment but they took the payment out of my account. This what please avoid them. I went thru Peach State auto to find them and they will get a bad review as well.
Stay FAR FAR away! I have never worked with a less helpful company in my life. Between not answering/returning phone calls or emails and also providing completely inaccurate information when making a claim this company should be ashamed of themselves for being such a disgrace. I attempted to file a claim in April, as of July this still has not been completed due to lack of communication. I was recently informed that I had glass coverage to help repair a cracked windshield only to be told on the day of service that I actually do not have glass coverage. If I hadnt paid in full for the year I would be cancelling my policy immediately. A direct quote from the woman I last spoke with: “well ma’am you get what you pay for”... thanks for being clear that folks that are not wealthy are not deserving of adequate service.
Do not use them for insurance unless they are your only option. I purchased full coverage insurance and was treated like garbage. Claims adjusters will not return your emails, phone calls, faxes or voicemail messages. They will tell you that you will hear from them by a certain date and will never keep that promise. Weeks will go by during which you will gather information, call your autobody shop, finance company and gap insurance provider. This will mean nothing. Embark will collect the information and sit on it. You will never hear from your adjuster. I promise.I finally spoke with the adjusters supervisor and after ensuring me that she would look after the claim; telling me she would set a reminder to talk with me on a specific day, she dissapeared. Almost an entire month has passed. My car damage has still not been appraised. Customer service was unable to tell me anything. I have emailed them and called multiple times. If that did not work, why would messaging them on facebook?I promise you will regret purchasing insurance from them.
Negative stars...this company increases policy stating is due to activity ...I DO NOT HAVE TYPES OF MARK AGAINT MY license ..I did not ask for anything more than I had last year..they print out statement 1 week before payment is due with a late fee attached to premium stating that is what you must pay....customer service rep JR and his supervisor Alicia refuse to answer why increase in policy,,,she pushed it off stating she will have another supervisor call me the next day...( I have reported Alicia #385 to the AGA office in both Mass and Ga...I am trying to get number to headquarters to report her there as well for refusing to answer question
I like them a lot and helped me out when I had high points on my license. I only wish they had direct deposit.
Only reason I gave 3 stars is because my insurance was way cheaper with them than w/ my previous provider. The customer service over the phone is sub par. I made a deposit of 260$ on the 6th, had a payment due yesterday the 22nd which was a Sunday (customer service office is closed) which I missed. I called back today at 11am to make my payment over the phone. 12$ late fee, 6$ processing fee. I asked the manager Alicia, war there anyway this late charge could be adjusted due to literally having no clue my bill was even due this soon, also that I couldn’t even pay it due to customer service being closed. No Courtesy at all. They just have excuse after excuse as to why they won’t help you. This isn’t a HUGE deal due to having plenty to pay it, but it’s important for me to do business with a company that has compassion for the customers. This is my first month with these people and so far I’m not impressed. Seems like a money hungry 2nd chance insurance company. Smh! I hope it gets better as time goes by.

My car was involved in an accident. The accident was not my fault. Someone hit me. This accident happened 2 weeks ago and since then ive called every day to the adjuster they assigned me. So far they havnt returned one phone call. They are the absolute worst insurance ive ever dealt with. They are horrible and should be ashamed that their lack of communication and commitment to their customers is a disgrace. I called customer service and got the run around. I cant wait to tell others how horrible they are and cant wait to switch insurance. Dont use embark. They are bad
