I have always found the staff to be very professional, responsive, polite, and helpful. I gave four out of five stars simply because Allstate does not offer discounts for seniors. If I am old enough for AARP then Allstate should offer discounts for said age groups.

After being with Allstate for quiet some time now not just months but years. I would think that even though agent had changed that I would get the same type of customer service, but I guess I was wrong. The type of service I got when I reached out regarding my bill and how the representative handled it was a complete disappointment. Not only was communication done through a phone call but even through email and a response was never returned. You would think that as your insurance company and agent you would think they would look into different options in making sure you are satisfied with your insurance needs, well that wasn’t the case I was told pretty much “many clients have left us and have came back!” Well guess what if I was to ever decide to go back to Allstate at some point I can tell you it will definitely not be back to your agency for sure! I will make sure if I was to ever do that I will find me a much better customer service and willing to help and seek the best and affordable coverage for their clients!
