We have been using Firelands for almost a year now and they have been wonderful. They have kept all of our information backed up and always have a quick response when we have any issues. Now they have business phone services and are equally amazing... Cheaper than Buckeye and more options. I highly recommend them for any business. Quality, value, professional, and responsive. The staff was very friendly and prompt! I took my computer and burnt USB in for repair. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They explained by options and made sure that I made the best decision for my devices as well as explained that the cost outweighed the benefits. They told me that I would be better off buying new, rather then putting more money into the device that I currently had. They are honest and not looking to take money from people unless it is the best option for them! I was very happy!

HP Laptop not cooling...getting warning messages and not starting on the first attempt. Big box store couldnt clean or replace the fan, but they suggested Firelands Computer Services. I received some spam on my computer and my FACEBOOK account was compromised. I took my computer in to have it cleaned up. I was told that what I got was a typical cut and paste job. The scam I was caught in wasnt a major problem however, to be sure one option was to wipe my computer and reload it. Got the computer back the next day and Im back in business. This is the second time I used Firelands Computer Service, the first was when I replaced my wifes computer and they moved all the data over . Wonderful job that time too.

Thats a problem with your record keeping then. I was definitely in. I had a computer go in and then be sent to Asus. I tried to be sympathetic to the store on the situation being somewhat out of there hands as they got less then the service they expected from their partner Asus. There was a lot of delay from Asus on parts. Eventually I stopped receiving updates from the store and theyd get an attitude when Id call. IT TOOK A YEAR TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK! Finally someone discovered that a past employee had stuck it in a pile and nobody had informed me it was back from asus. And apparently computers can just sit around your store unaccounted for. Thanks for asking.

So I took my laptop in with the screen not working. Then they tell me they dont know what it is and guess that its the most expensive thing gone wrong, the mother board. So they want me to pay $600 to fix it when they dont even know if thats it.The point that got me to post a review is that there is still a diagnostic fee. You didnt diagnos it! Youre guessing! Dont charge people for services you dont provide, youre only guessing and I dont have 600$ to guess.

I was waited on by friendly staff that was knowledgeable too. Their expertise helped me avoid another costly mistake with my computer system.
