They were very professional. They got all the information off my broken computer when best buy said there was no way to retrieve it. They found me a new computer at a good price and installed everything. Very happy with the service I received.

You need to post the correct closing time for your business. You have it at 5pm. I arrived at 4:40 and the doors were locked

After repeated attempts with my internet provider to remedy a screen freezing issue, a friend suggested I take it to Accurate Business Machines, to have them help. I first called to make sure they would be able to check it in a timely manner, which they assured me they would. Well 3 days later, no call, no update etc. I decided to stop by, pay them whatever I owed them, and get my computer back. When I got there and asked for my computer, they told me it was being unplugged right now, a few minutes later it was brought out, I was handed a bill for $70, no explanation or comment as to what may have been the issue. Dont know if Its because Im frustrated, but the place is a mess, looks like theres enough people working there to assist customers, but I just felt unimportant. Computers frustrate me, but I am a business owner. and I try to make my customers feel needed, because they are, to me.
