Internet goes out at 12 am every night and doesnt come back for at least an hour or two. Good luck trying to finding a good internet service around here because its literally impossible.
Was not pleased. Was told I was getting a refund for some money and then waited a week for it to never show. Then was told they didn’t give me the money back and added it to my account. (I needed this money). Plus the internet is always cutting out. Makes it hard to attend class when my wife shuts off in the middle of the meeting
Experienced the rudest and most disrespectful door hanger to date. Mark in Sandpoint, Idaho. I understand we are dealing with strange times. Do not ever come to my door with that attitude.
Not sure why everyones complaining about this internet company because I am very happy with them.This is my first time having wifi at my house and Ive always wanted to get it, but never knew which company would be fastest and cheapest. . . Until I found these guys.I paid absolutely nothing to have them come out and install it, got an appointment set up with in a weeks timeand also got a great deal they have going on, which anyone reading this should call about and hop on the band wagon before it ends!!!!!It is one month for free plus free installation and 5G speeds with unlimited data...Super sweet....And this is wayyy out in Clark fork, Id. Which is in the fricking woods...and my sister lives in sagle and cant even get 5G...So Im super happy with these guys.
Called to ask about phone service. The guy was very rude and told me he probably wouldnt be able to help me even before I gave him my address. I thought it was his last day.This company sounds like a sinking ship.
Ever since ziply fiber took over for frontier, service has gotten terrible. The internet cuts out on a DAILY basis. Thats every single day. Ive seen dial up internet thats more reliable. Bad service would actually be an upgrade for how horrible and unreliable they are.
The customer service of ziply has been very poor and not at all helpful. Frontier would at least talk to you and work to solve issies.
If you have any other option for internet take it! They have terrible service, customer service, and double bill their clients on autopay.
Been charging my grandma for phone service with out a bill shes tried several times over the last 4 months to get the correct bill the messed up her name and mailing address then tell her she owes all this money and wont help at all even tho its all their fault I have lots of records of conversation with different people saying theyd help do not use this service if you have a different chose even if its a little more expensive.
Same slow and overloaded internet as before they took over from Frontier.
