Joel not only provided prompt, courteous, and highly capable technical service, but laser image, inc was able to deliver reliable high-speed internet service and internal wireless mesh setup to us when all other options failed.We are in a remote part of Sandpoint, which otherwise had poor to non-existent satellite internet and other last mile challenges. We had spent the previous five years and sunk dollars unsuccessfully with multiple other big company internet providers who were unable to provide basic service.Laser image, inc solved all that quickly with their own signal towers, as well as incredibly knowledgeable on-site service installation from Joel.Thank you so much.
