Clean, spacious gym at a great price point. The classes are amazing!A bunch a new classes were recently added onto the schedule.I love the mix of classes and all of the instructors are fantastic.Brett who owns / manages this place is a really nice guy as well.I highly recommend 7B Fitness.

Has all the equipment you need for all your lifting needs. 24/7 access means you can get in whenever is best for your schedule, hardly ever too busy. Owner is always friendly, staff is helpful. Want to try some classes, they look full and energetic when Ive seen one going.Took a star off because the Smith machine is very janky so as not really useable and the area for stretching is usually taken up by a big massage bed and blocked off.

I love this gym! There are cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. There are classes available here and also online. I have taken the online classes and they’re awesome. There are no stairs to get into the gym or once you’re in. It seems to be ADA compliant:) There is a bike rack outside by the sidewalk, if you want to ride there. There is plenty of parking. The owner is always welcoming. He keeps everything very clean. There are towels and cleaning spray that you can use on the machines and also cleaning wipes...this being said I wish everyone cleaned the machines after they use them. When you’re a member you can utilize the gym anytime. There are safeguards(which are very impressive)in place to ensure a member’s safety, if they are there at odd hours alone.In my opinion this is the best gym in Sandpoint, check it out!

Great value. Pay a monthly membership includes access to most classes held weekly. After a hot sweaty workout has CLEAN showers and restroom. This gym is always clean. The owner works hard at keeping up with keeping it clean.

No frills, come and go anytime, day or night, clean, friendly, no one is there to impress you or be impressed. Enough equipment, all in good condition and staff courteous and helpful. Pricing seems reasonable and classes/Personal Trainers are available.

Everything you need. Free weights, a large class area, 24 hrs, showers, accommodating staff. Best of all theres no crowd. They have great deals for fire and ems as well. Love this place.

Its the most economic choice for gyms in the entire town that I could find. There are two, private bathrooms and showers for males (not sure what the female bathroom / shower situation is like, but I assume they have at least one). Plenty of equipment, and open 24/7/365.

Love the gym and the equipment. Mens bathroom is lacking.

Great environment to work out in. Love going to this gym. Could use a couple more machines but thats ok.
