Tara is great. When my father passed away, she was so kind and walked us through every step of handling his life insurance policies, even calling to make sure we were being taken care of by State Farm. We were touched by her kindness The staff there, Tracy, Lauren and Kylie are friendly and uber helpful. They always get back to me quickly. When I go into the office, I am always welcomed and treated like family.😁 Kylie has been fantastic about explaining my policies and offering helpful suggestions--things I might not have known to look for on my own. Great place to do business. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I shopped many insurance companies to update my expiring policies when I found Terra’s office. I worked with Lauren and she and State Farm were able to offer the best rates for all of my insurance needs. I love that they’re local and accessible whenever I have a question.

This office is unique)ly excellent. The responsiveness and professionalism that you receive from everyone there is truly extraordinary. Terra and Lauren answered every question we had with extreme patience (and we had a bunch of questions). We know that State Farm is a reputable company, but there quite a few reputable insurance companies. What makes the difference is the service that you can expect to receive at a particular branch. I would recommend the services of this particular branch to anyone.

We used State Farm in Alaska for 25 years, nothing but great service. We moved here 7 months ago and I sent a letter to 3 different insurance companies for our home and vehicles, including another State Farm. Personal review for Traci.This women needs a raise. The compouny itself has been a hassle but lord has she bared with me through this difficult road. Im a hot headed. An she has got the stump of all my calls! She handles angry bow headed cutmers such as myself very well! She is truly a centerpiece to that angency! If it wasnt for her consistency and help I would have switched providers but she is confident and will convince why not to! Amazing custmer service and outstanding tolerance to angry customers. She deserves a 5 star review and a raise if you ask me!

When we chose to change insurance companies last summer, Terras office took good care of us. We first got several quotes from other companies. Each of them either lacked the kind of coverage we needed (like we will insure you cars, but not your motorhome) or left us feeling frustrated with the process. Although State Farm is a large company, Terras office is in our community and gives us that local home town feel.We worked with Terra initially; then Traci took over getting set up to cover our vehicles and our house, all at a cost lower than our previous insurer. One thing that stands out with this crew is their friendliness and and an attitude of wanting to serve us. They even have treats to offer our dog, who is welcome in their office.

We moved to Idaho from California and shopped our insurance locally to find Traci Markley. Traci is extremely informed, very pleasant, and most of all she seeks out resolution to all of our individual needs. Traci is a cross between a babysitter and a business partner.
