Im very happy with the rate and coverage of my renters insurance here. Michaella was great helping me with that! Recently I unexpectedly needed new car insurance on almost no notice and I was panicking! I used Horace Mann as my auto insurer for many years. When I asked if their price was the lowest I could receive, their answer was yes.Then I contacted State Farm in Sandpoint ID. I switched a little over a year ago. I originally looked into it because Michaella is an old friend and had just started in the trade. I sent her my info and she did so so much. First she was able to knock $50 a month off my bill. Second she hooked me up with some services I didn’t have. Like roadside assistance and rental insurance that covers me while I’m traveling. After a year of having them I finally had to use the Roadside Assiatnce. I locked my keys in my car and remembered I had this feature. My mind was blown with how easy it was to use!! I spent less than 5 minutes on the phone arranging the assistance. It took them less than 10 minutes to arrive to my house and unlock my door. No questions asked!! I began to wonder if the price I was paying for insurance was too much, and that’s when I reached out to Marcus. He was very prompt and professional in getting me the information I requested along the way. Marcus was able to cut my auto policy in half with better coverage than what I previously had, and to ensure I wasn’t being oversold, I compared my policy to the policy Marcus quoted me. I couldn’t find an area where I would have less coverage! It seemed too good to be true, but I trusted him whole heartedly. I gave him the opportunity to quote my other polices at the same time, of which, he was able to meet or beat. In the end I now have more coverage and my pocket book thanks him!
