This was my first time getting an oil change here. I liked the stay in your car procesd. By the time the guy processing my payment had the information processed, the oil had been changed, fluid levels checked and more. There were several mechanics attending to my car st once. Discount coupons seem plentiful.

The people at Valvoline Instant Oil Change are kind, funny, and good hearted. They seem to actually want to save me money and apply coupons when they can. They are so friendly and left me with a smile on my face! They were also very quick, I think I was only there for like 20 minutes. Another time I went there when it was SUPER busy, I still barely had to wait and they were so kind. This is the place to go!

Super Fast. Friendly. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Show you what they are doing. Tell you suggestions but do not push anything on you. Comparable prices but you stay in your car and are done sooo much faster than any where else. Answer all of your questions. No appointment needs. Little to no wait time. In and out super quick. I will DEFINITELY be going back Coe my oil change needs!!

Such a professional and outstanding team! After a thorough servicing of my car, checked out my wiper blades, tires, headlights, rear brakes, and of course my oil change! They later helped me get rid of rat babbies that were laid by their mother in my cabin filter who did a good job of chewing thorough my car! Although the rat experience was kinda traumatic ( lol) they were super kind in making sure my car was in tip top shape before I left!Shout out to Flavio and all his co-workers!!! Thanks again!!!!

These guys are trained to sell you other services that you necessarily don’t need. They’re quite convincing to that aspect especially if you’re not a car conscious person. Keep it simple and only change your oil!

Very nice. Kind of high prices. They also will always offer more things your car needs, but I never feel pressured. Some of the extras they offer they even said things like that they would personally wait on this vs that you may want to consider sooner. So once again, never felt pressured for the extra stuff you may need. I have gone to other places and they roll their eyes when you say no to the additions. Staff is very friendly and sincere. Fairly quick. Dont have to leave the car. Was safe during Covid. 5 stars if prices were a bit lower.

Beware! This place is no longer a reputable service station. The employees talk and goof around far too much, easily causing a delay of 20-30 min for a simple oil change. Last time I stopped in, I had to wait while the person infront of me made out with one of the employees while still in their car, during workhours, on the premises and during covid. Unprofessional, inappropriate and they WILL scratch and leave oily smudges all over your vehicles fenders.

I had my first experience getting my vehicle serviced with valvoline. Twon and Dave are great to work with, they are professional and efficient. I got there at 6:30 and was out at just after 7 with a smile on my face a my car in tip top shape.

The guys at Valvoline were very polite and very knowledgeable. They did a great job they were considerate kept me well informed. Very professional.

CAUTION ⚠️This is an oil change shop that just left my car without oil, unfortunate :(I took my car to change the oil less than 30 days ago, and they simply left my car without oil, after 5 days of the supposed oil change my car turned on the required maintenance light. and then I took it to a mechanic a few days later, he found that the car was working without oil. I went back to the store to try to get at least my money back, I was told that I drive 3,300 miles in less than a month, this is impossible since I only drive in Marin. and now I have my car making noises on the engine that I didnt have before! in short im disappointed with the job, they didnt want to give me the money back, i definitely wont be back.

Love this place. The team here is super friendly, quick & efficient, and the prices are more than fair for the level of service you receive here. This was only my second time here but this is for sure my new go-to for full service oil changes from here on out. The entire visit felt genuine & more importantly I felt like I was taken care of. Highly highly recommend.

Fast service and clearly explained all the pricing and what was being done. Easy since you dont even leave your car, just drive up to the bay entrance. I got oil change, tire rotation and paid all in about 25 minutes. Of course they offered extra services just like jiffy and dealerships do. They were NOT pushy at all though! They were honest and told me that my air filter was fine for another cycle. That was a nice surprise.

The shop and the service was like a well-oiled machine! Very quick, professional, transparent. Def recommend.

They advised me that I had a leaky oil pan gasket and also a oil drain plug that they could not service. They advised me to go to a mechanic and check it out before doing service. They topped off my oil and fluids and check my tire pressure for free. The price can be a little high but the service is well worth the price I will come back for service here.

A great experience all 3 times I have been here. This time was exceptional because our man in Bay 1 applied a coupon of $25 when I asked him to apply mine of $7! Then since our car was in an accident the hood didnt close and so Sean came to bend it back into shape with his bare hands and screwdriver! :)

This oil change is so much better than Penzoil. Much more professional! They updated their system, so you can see the screen to check what kind of maintenance is needed. I stayed in the car the entire time while they changed my oil, so it took between 10-15 min. The staff was also super friendly. Will definitely be back here when I need a quick oil change!

A few weeks ago I came in for a oil change with my family and I was very impressed with how well it was here! I had a employee name Justin whom was very polite and professional. It was fast, easy and with the employee being great at his job made my day. I most definitely do look forward to coming back!

Super quick oil change! You stay on your car and they get you in and out. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

They have no idea what they are doing, they do not even know the type of oil they have to use when they enter, they tell you everything they are going to check the car, but they do not do it at the same time they charge others in the time that I was the person next to me he complained that he was being overcharged

The first time I went here, shortly after they opened the service was phenomenal. Just left without an oil change for my second trip there. One young man was helping us and was very kind when he was rudely interrupted by another employee who essentially forced him out of the way to take over the oil change. He proceeded to ignore us and talk with co workers about his after work plans. After 5 minutes of sitting while they chatted, again completely ignoring us we said we no longer wanted the oil change and drove off. Extremely disappointed

Always trying to shove additional services down one’s throat. Price is not extraordinary. Not a super quick oil change. Light checks are a waist of time. 3 stars because the service was done correctly and at a typical price.

All their services are pretty expensive but it is very convenient being able to stay in the car while they do an oil change and inspection

I can’t believe this place has 5 stars. 3 cars got finished by the time my oil was changed and my skid plate fell off in the middle of driving shortly after leaving the shop. When I came back the next day to explain the situation, they tried to bargain with me and told me that I don’t need all the screws on the skid plate to hold it up. Really?? Super half assed service and super unprofessional. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DONT GO HERE!!! I’m writing this review as I’m in the shop also taking forever just to put a few screws in my skid plate to hold it up... WHAT kind of hiring process do they have here?? Geeze... Never EVER coming here again.
