Unfortunately, my boyfriend has been super busy with work (hes a mechanic) and I needed somewhere dependable, affordable and friendly. Greeted by friendly staff that gave me some options with my oil and I asked them to replace the air filters, since Im due. Took less than half an hour with a few cars ahead (on a Saturday afternoon) and conveniently located across the street from the car wash, my next stop. Despite it costing more to pay someone else, given my situation I am more than happy to make this my back up oil change from now on!

Zero customer service. They didnt even ask what I wanted. They just took my car and did standard oil change. Didnt suggest anything else... usually that might sound cool as they arent selling me on things I dont want, but this felt weird.

Okay, so this was my experience at this place a few months a go! I went to do a oil change on my Pontiac, and I pay a full oil service, when they finish they give me the invoice whit all the record for what they have done or replace to my car, and it says that all the oil and fluids was full, and them a got to my car and heard a noise, I got home to check it out and I find out they dint put power steel oil, was dry !! So I went to the store to get one and put it to my car and the noise went away! So my point is, they work fast to do a quick service bout sometimes they forget to give you de best quality of service!!! So after that experience I decide to find another place to do my oil services!!!

They damaged my car, owner never returned my call. Ive been going here for many years, and I know good help is hard to find but some of the staff should probably be in jail not working on cars.They have failed to fill my oil all the way, I have twice had so much oil dripped on the engine that the car smells like bring oil for weeks. Every times the car is grimy with hand prints all over it, even inside like the on steering wheel. Several times they failed to vacuum, on the last visit I drove back and got bad attitude from the guy who is the vacuumer, guess thats the low of the low jobs and so his coworkers where hassling him the whole time.After that swiped one side of my car then refused to return my calls I decided I would just tell everyone I know not to go there, my insurance covered the car ($3200 in damages from swiping the garage door frame). I dont think they ever check tire pressure, but are supposed to. I had one guy tell me the regular oil is just as good as the synthetic, which is far from true. I also wonder what they are really putting in the car as to them it is this or that hose and they are gossiping and playing with each other not sure they even look.Might sound harsh, but like I said I went here for probably 10+ years but the last year has been terrible and then the damage was over the top. Still considering suing them, and Pennzoil has nothing to do with them, I called the corporate office and they said good luck because they know exactly they types I was up against.Never again, especially if you have a nice car!

Typical chain store. They do decent work; but try to sell tons of other services you dont really need. And theyll take a lot more than 10 mins.They also play non-stop FOX News in the waiting area. Here in super-Liberal Marin, theyd probably get more customers if they bailed on FOX and switched to something like MSNBC.Its a good place to go when theyve got a special on.

Your full service oil change comes with vacuum service... Says it right there on their price menu.Not today it didnt. Vacuum fuse shorted.I asked for a discount and was refused.I wonder if you can submit a charge back and claim services not rendered...

Incredibly quick and affordable oil change. They even fixed a problem with my door at no extra charge. They didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary products, either. Im going back here for all my oil changes.

I can change my own oil, but it is so much easier to have them do it.

Great people, exceptional vacuuming, affordable oil change with synthetic oil. Wouldnt think of getting my oil changed anywhere else.

Paid $80 to get a full service oil change.. Was driving home and they didnt screw on something under my car and it broke and didnt get the vacuum or anything else. Very unhappy with the service too. Totally not worth the money to go here and wont return.

Dont appreciate being treated like Im an idiot. Or lied to,Ive had my car 20 years and I know it takes 5 quarts,dudes trying to tell me it takes 7 quarts!! For starters and then he tells me its gonna cost 62 bucks for an oil change?!?!? 5 quarts of oil and a filter is 20 bux at local store,so where does the other 42 bux come from? Disposal and tax 11 bux okay. Come on guys,Im a business owner and my experience has always been that If u charge a little less you will get twice the business. GAURANTEED kids. Anyhow thanks for listening I know Ive got a choice,but I wish my choice was to bring my car in to you...God Bless

Pennzoil san rafael didnt tighten the oil pan drain bolt enough after my 72$ (with coupon) synthetic oil change; leaking SO MUCH oil on the asphalt infront of the driveway of my rental. They also dont rotate tires with any of their oil changes.

Much like many small oil change facilities have a habit of doing, the crush washer on my drain plug was over torqued or not replaced, .If a shop does only a few things Id hope they do it to excellency.
