My first time ever getting eyelash extensions and Chandra and Carmella were thorough and helpful. They taught me how to take care of my lashes so they lasted & how to keep my lashes healthy. They also did and amazing job with my eyebrows. They are kind & fair priced. Not only do my lashes look AMAZING they are easy to maintain. The studio is clean and fairly easy to find. I didnt lot of research before I booking Carmella. I called her and asked a lot of questions which she answered patiently. Carmella did a fabulous job on my brows and I am so pleased. She is an artist. She is also meticulous and included me in the process from picking the color to checking in with me about whether I was happy with the progress. She is also very sweet and has such a lovely, positive attitude about life. If you want fabulous brows and excellent customer service, then Carmella is the absolute best.

I get my eyelash extensions done here. I come in, lay down, and inevitably wind up falling asleep because the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing! And my eyelashes look SO good. Ive stopped wearing makeup, so my getting ready time in the morning has dropped to just minutes—enough time to shower, take care of my skin, do my hair, and roll out the door. Carmella is thoughtful about scheduling, super professional, and takes the time to teach you how to take care of your extensions so they last as long as possible.

I have been getting eyelash extensions here for a few months now and Carina is a gem. She’s extremely skilled and is a wonderful person to hang out with for an hour (which is what you are doing while she’s applying the lashes). So relaxing, I love every minute. Prices are also better than others in the area.

I go to Carina to get eyelash extensions and they are amazing. The lashes themselves are very good quality and give me a flawless look every time I get them filled. Carina is a great technician, really takes her time to make the client happy and caters to the clients needs. Overall great experience if you can afford it because its a pricy addiction.

Made an appointment and confirmed it, got a text just before saying my credit card was charged. That would have been ok, but no one ever showed up at the studio and when I called after waiting was told “oh it looks like she’s not going to be coming today’. Spare your sanity and book somewhere legit and reliable.

I got my eyebrows done by Dominique August 5th, she drew the stencil before even consulting me on what I wanted and after seeing it I said it was way too thick but still somehow ended up with very thick and fake looking eyebrows, wish I never had them done. Called and asked about a possibility of getting it removed and was told they would fade eventually... Also I was charged twice for the eyebrows, once from the salon and the second time from her personal PayPal which the manager said shouldnt of happened. (Waiting on refund), waste of money and disappointing.*Update August 21th- Besides my eyebrows turning out bad and the owner said I declared multiple times I liked them after writing my review (very untrue). I was charged twice ($399 x2) which was said to be an accident but besides the salon, the other charge was to the personal pay pal of the girl who did my eyebrows. I was told I was refunded a couple weeks ago, not sure who they refunded but it wasnt me. I reached out again and basically long story short they wouldnt refund me and I have to dispute this fraudulent charge with my bank. Owner will lie to put the blame on the customer and not take any responsibility.

Caring work by artists! Very nice plus very precise work on my brows by both Carmella and Carina.

I was a bit nervous, after all this is my face! Ambyr put me right at ease and she is a talented artist and extremely thorough. My brows look amazing. I see in the photos here on Yelp, it looks like the after shots were taken immediately after. It does take a few days for the brows to settle and become more natural and Ambyr told me so. The product is cosmetic grade and meant to fade over a period of time, with touch ups done at 1-2 year intervals. You go back after 2-3 weeks after the initial process, so the final look will not be complete until after the touch up. Not having to do brows every day and look tired with thinning, fading brows really makes the cost worth the effort. I also liked the way Ambyr was mentoring a new employee in the studio that day who was a bit nervous about being new on the job. She was supportive, encouraging and kind. The woman who is the owner was also there as I was leaving and is not only super polished, but professional and kind. I know this business will have great success and I will enjoy supporting them
