I have been coming to this threading salon since they opened in 2015. The ladies that work here are very timely, professional, and accommodating. I usually get my eye brows threaded and sometimes request for cool henna designs. As you can see in this picture.This is the best eye brow threading establishment in Marin County.

They do a good job with brows and one of the employees there is very nice however I found one to be completely rude. She has terrible customer service and I almost left to get my eyebrows done somewhere else. It made my experience there feel really bad and I didn’t feel welcome there. Will not be returning. Employees need to learn to treat customers with kindness.

Going to the this place for years. Everyone is always pleasant and efficient. I get my brows threaded and they do a great job. The place has a very relaxing vibe, sometimes because of the quiet music in the background, but mostly it just radiates from the place and the people who work there.

This place is amazing!! There’s usually one main women there who is always very professional and sociable. I mostly get my eyebrows and upper lip done and if you tell them exactly what you want (in terms of eyebrow shape), they listen really well. I’ve never had a bad experience and would definitely recommend to anyone in the marin area:)

Laxmi and everyone who works here is wonderful! Everyone is very professional, the salon is very clean and they do an amazing job! I used to go to a place in mill valley for threading and it was slow, painful and overpriced. I’m so happy I found eyebrow threading salon, I’ve been going for the past year and it’s terrific, I highly recommend it!!

This is only place I will go to get my brows threaded in San Rafael. The attendants are incredibly professional and talented; I go there knowing that I will walk out being 100% satisfied with my service.They are now open as of September 2020. I cannot recommend this location enough if you are looking for threading/tinting services!

This was my first and last time coming here. You would think with all of the great reviews, youd have a great experience, but I was mislead completely. I was unhappy with the customer service I got, especially since I was ordered around, and spoken to like I was annoying her, and I wasnt given a chance to even say what I was there for, just sit down, and just started doing work. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. I wish I could get my money back, purely because of how rude, unprofessional, and all-around awful the customer service was.

Absolutely amazing! Laxmi does the best work. Ive been going to see her for 2 years now she never disappoints! Her job is very consistent.I highly recommend, you will not regret.Prices are super affordable and stuff is very friendly.

I have been getting eyebrow threading for years, from Manhattan to Marin. This place does a phenomenal job. The BEST!!!! And they have come up with a genius way to thread your eyebrows during Covid and have RE-OPENED!!!

I get my eyebrows done here for over 2 years now. I am getting a lot of compliments for the way they are shaped and for the color. Walk-ins are welcome, so I can come whenever it spontaneously fits into my schedule. Wait time us usually under 10mins. Threading works way better for me than plucking. Getting my eyebrows additionally tinted reduces the stress in the morning of getting ready and putting on eyebrow pencil. Overall: great value for money!

I dont frequent the place but take a few ladies to it when they ask me to get their eyebrows done n other things I rather not hear about to tell u the truth BUT they a love the place n they seem to be quick n the ladies are very happy n all talk well of it ....so I give it five cause never heard anything bad about the place...

I would put 0 if I could. If you want an uneven eyebrow when you stated if they can clean and leave thick if possible. Then, don’t receive a mirror to check on your eyebrows or aloe Vera. After she argues the fact when it’s noticable. How about when you she yanks stuff out of your hand? Then you explain how you asked for thick eyebrows but say take receipt and then argues the fact. I paid and simply will not come back. Honestly though, if a customer simply complains you don’t need to be aggressive in return-especially if there wasn’t a sign of aggression from your pregnant customer. Coming from OC and LA never did I encounter this.

Hours online say they are open until 7pm. Drove 30 minutes and got there at 6:30, they said they were on their last customer and were otherwise closed and wouldn’t help me. The level of laziness is astounding.
