They are quick and efficient.I tried other place in San Rafael and I thought it was more painful and a lot longer.They offer membership card which is great discount.I recommend my friends because they liked my eye brows.They also ask every time if its ok when they are done and I have no complaints.

My regular brow lady was on vacation so another lady did my brows and she did them so thin when i asked for really thick and natural and she did them very thin and i’m very disappointed. she rushed through it and she took off more than what she was supposed to.

DO NOT COME HERE!!I had a terrible experience, and when I complained I was yelled at . She said she did her absolute best but the whole tail of my brow was GONE.I had to hold back my tears because I was getting ready for a birthday party .I asked for them to be clean, I left with an entire new eyebrow shape. My friend got hers done ( she has thin eyebrows )And it seems they just gave us the same brow.Beyond the bad experience the customer service was just as bad if not worse.Don’t bother complaining or speaking up because they will help.

I am really disappointed. I asked questions but never got answers. She plunked me down in a chair and said lean back. Didnt ask how I wanted my brows. Just started in and It HURT! I asked her to be more careful and she said the pain was normal. Not a very inviting place.The 2 young women could care less about their customers. I will not go back.

She took like 10 seconds doing my eyebrows didnt even make sure if she did it right my eyebrows didnt even look like they were done she was too worried about her phone ringing and this is not the first time it happens.. wont be going back there anymore though

She did my brows okay, but she did not do the middle. She rushed through the whole appointment and was very rough and inconsiderate of that fact that she was not gentle with my face or bumping my head! Im sorry but not worth $15. I know places that do it for $7 and do a VERY good job.
