Mother Natures Carpet Cleaning did such an excellent job for us today. They have done the carpets in our home before, but today I had them out to my business in Pier 39 to clean some tile entryways at our retail stores. Tomas the technician and his assistant were early. They worked 100% efficiently and they made tile that hadnt been professionally cleaned in 20 years look great! Tomas took as much time as he needed but really got in there, scrubbing, treating, and going over the areas again and again until they could be made to look as good as possible (with millions of people walking over them, they would never look like new). Price was right on, completely recommend Mother Natures services for home or business.

I could not believe the difference when my 9x12, light colored silk viscose rug was returned to me after cleaning -- I didnt really think my stains and grime would come out, but now you cant tell they were ever there! My rug looks brand new. Soot marks, rust spots, and ground-in grime in traffic areas -- ALL GONE! Responsive and on-time, very fast turn around. Wonderful people. A++++!

I tried 3 times to use this business and was treated poorly on the phone. I tried to ask to reach the owner and the manager hung up on me - twice! I really wanted to use the service but can not work out why they are so cranky. Wish I could have resolved their poor customer service, but they are so defensive about it as to make that impossible. If the owners read this they should know that their employees are losing business for them.

Anderson showed up on time and took his time to clean really good my old carpet. Some areas of high transit require double spray and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. Highly recommend the services to anyone looking for in time and professional carpet cleaning. He wears his mask all the time and was mindful about my puppy. Good job.

I found this family owned business on Yelp, they had great reviews so I contacted them and received a prompt response. Anderson did a great job cleaning my linen/cotton upholstered chairs. He was professional and honestly it was beyond my expectations as I didnt think the dirty chair arms would come clean. The very next day, I had a pet issue in multiple spots on my expensive large area rug. It was a Saturday, but they responded to my email inquiry within a short time. Anderson finished a job and came right over at end of Saturday to clean up a smelly, gross pet issue. I was really pleased so I gave them an area rug to take back to their shop and clean. Bottom line, they treated me with respect and care that was completely delightful on top of doing a great job. I was be using them again for sure!

I have a gorgeous NZ wool rug from The Citizenry that I was *this close* to throwing away from various coffee spills and other stains when I found Mother Natures Cleaning. I figured it was worth trying to save my favorite rug and wasnt expecting a miracle -- but a miracle they delivered! My rug looks so bright and clean and new. They also have impeccable customer service -- I was expecting my rug to be with them for around 10 days but they actually had it ready for me in 48 hours. Unreal. They are friendly, kind, warm and wonderful. I already sent in another rug for cleaning. Dont waste your time working with anyone else! Absolutely the best.

Mother Nature Carpet Cleaners just left and our dirty cream colored carpets and couch are beautiful again. The tech was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do and how it would turn out. I was shocked when 5 year old nail polish stain was removed from the carpet. This without toxic chemicals. I will definitely use them again.

I brought in a runner rug that had been on the stairs- half clean and half filthy with a line from the metal bar that held each step in place. In short, a big mess. Got the rug back in just a few days absolutely gorgeous, with colors rich, and no sign of the disastrous rug we brought. Highly recommend.

They were prompt in their response, came right on time and on the weekend before Christmas and performed magic at a rate that I felt was really very reasonable and fair for the work needed.We were moving in to a new home where the carpets were left in such an abhorrent condition that may have required complete removal and replacement but for Mother Natures Carpet Cleaning. They worked hard from morning to evening to get the carpets into the best condition possible. They provided a deep clean that was very much needed because of the serious condition of the carpets. They removed as much of the impossible stains and restored the carpets to a condition it would be safe for us to keep and use. We will definitely be reaching out to Mother Natures Carpet Cleaning for regular maintenance cleaning, for our carpets, and also for our area rugs, fabric chairs and sofas.

I though about ending my relationship with this company. I was contacted by Mother Nature Cleaning through Thumbtack originally. We used them the first time and they did a nice job. I had never had communications with the company through any other medium. I recently contacted them again to come out for one room. The scheduler moved the communications to email and thats where things went downhill. They did not communicate that there was minimum charge of $179 even though I expressed that we only needed one room cleaned. Then they arrived I said I only needed one room cleaned. Everyone magically assumed that they explained the minimum pricing which in not a single communication. Upon finishing the room 30 minutes later we were handed the $179 bill for only one room. It would have been so simple to tell me that the minimum charge is for 3 rooms and that I would be paying for three. Instead silence and taking advantage. I asked for a credit so we could keep the relationship and I could apply that credit to future use and we were able to find a resolution.

Ive used Mother Natures Cleaning service twice to have my large microfiber sectional cleaned. Both times they did an excellent job and were quick about it! The tech arrived on time, explained everything to me, took extra care on a few stains and the couch looked immensely better afterwards! Would definitely recommend their service.

After they came it looks like they did a good job. But within a week later all the spots came back. When I contacted them about it they never got back to me. I would not recommend them

James came right on time, which I really appreciate. He did a great job on our carpet and our car (After my baby mad a terrible mass there). What I liked even more is the fact the carpet was mostly dry on that afternoon! My last carpet cleaning guy told me I need to wait 24 hours before walking on the carpet. The fact that they use only naturel ingredients made me even happier, and it is safer for my kids.

I was moving down to LA and needed my rugs cleaned due to a sick cat. These guys came in and were super professional and compassionate to my situation...took my rugs, and 2 weeks later brought them back like new. This made my move and my new place less stressful. I am confident that they can fix any rug problem!

My experience with Mother Natures Cleaning was fantastic. I inquired about having a mattress cleaned -- there was a large, very wet stain of unknown substance on it. Though the company was ultimately unable to clean the mattress, their communication was quick, honest, and transparent. I will seek out this company when I have another item that can hopefully be repaired!

This is a great family owned company that does great work for a fair price. I have a difficult apartment to clean due to its location being far away from a water source. Ive had a very big and well known carpet company refuse to use their truck mounted van and instead use a portable which doesnt do the job as well. They are very flexible and didnt mind accommodating my request to use his van and found a way to reach the water source. Also the other big and well known company gives you a huge 4 hour window for their arrival and still has difficulty showing up in that time frame, where as david gave me a one hour window and showed up at the top of it. I also have to give a shout out to his assistant who is a very hard worker. I highly recommend this company!

I used this company to get my carpet cleaned in our San Rafael Home. The carpet had lots of stains from my kids playing, coloring with Crayola and getting the carpets all messy. The guys were very professional and cleaned out all the stains and my carpet looks great.They had a reasonable price and I will be using them again soon.
