We have used Atlas for windows, carpets and upholstery for several years. Elliot is great about estimating the job over the phone, scheduling, and then emailing to confirm a few days ahead. Jose does a fantastic and very thorough job of both upholstery and carpet cleaning. We have a black Lab whose contributions to our carpet just from lying around are pretty significant. Not only does Jose love dogs, he knows how to return the carpeting to its original light color! Ditto with a well-used sofa in our TV room. We were ready to go sofa shopping and it looks like new again.Jose is friendly and communicates clearly what he will be doing. The cost is reasonable, especially for the high quality of work. We cant recommend Atlas too highly!

Atlas has cleaned our carpets for over 15 years. i.d never hire any other company for this work. They are professionals and when they leave your home your carpet is spotless without being soaking wet. the products they use do not leave behind any of that lingering perfum odor..

I called to get a quote on a spot cleaning. Our puppy had an accident. I spoke to the owner he was very nice and helpful. Said it would be more cost effective if I did it on my own. He walked me through the steps and product I would need. I appreciate his honesty. If I ever need my full carpet cleaned or windows washed. I would go with this company. Atlas Window & Carpet cleaning gets extra points from us on many levels.We first had Elliot out to clean our carpets several years ago. When he came in to evaluate the carpet, he asked about pet stains, water damage, etc. When I told him that we just wanted the carpets cleaned, he told me that it was my choice but that my carpet looked to be very clean already. (It was only two years old at the time.) So points for honesty.We agreed that an annual cleaning would help extend the life of the carpet - especially since we have a carpeted stairway. After the carpet cleaning, we noticed the carpet was springier.Elliot was back again the following year and again, said the cleaning was up to us. Again, the carpet looks and feels like new.Our last visit was from his assistant, Jose, who also did an excellent job. He was very respectful of our furniture, walls, and hardwood floors.Weve recommended Atlas to several neighbors and friends who have used them for both carpet and window cleaning. Everyone has been very pleased with their work.

In the end I really needed these carpets cleaned the soonest before the movers came and the owner himself came the following day that I called him and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I called Atlas and they were able to promptly schedule someone to come over to completely clean all the carpets in my 2-bedroom apartment to pristine condition. I was vacating the place after nearly 5 years there, and there were several stains and they were able to do a great job of removing stains also. The place looked great afterwards. Its difficult if not impossible to schedule an appointment with Atlas Window & Carpet Cleaning; since, in my experience, they will not return phone calls. Please allow me to explain, I called them at least a half a dozen times over a ten day period of time attempting to schedule someone to come out and provide a window cleaning estimate. Finally on Friday, May 26th I received a call from a women identifying herself as the weekend person who, while very apologetic, would not or could not schedule an estimate. She explained it would not be necessary since they worked on an hourly basis, at $65 per man hour, with a two man, two hour minimum. And, since theyre so busy, they would not be available till at least July 15th.Now I dont know about you but I would at the very least like to have an understanding of whether my total cost would be $260 or $400 or $520. And, the only way for me to understand the estimated time, materials and labor costs would be for Atlas or, for that matter, any other window cleaner to assess the property involved, look me in the eye and provide a written estimate.Now they have a nice web site with beautiful pictures but is any of it real? They have other reviews but are they real or does the ownership have a large family? And never having had the opportunity to speak with the owner, get a legitimate estimate and actually be able to get something scheduled I can only provide a one star rating. If were rating POOR customer service they get five stars...
