Brought my 2018 S5 for its 50k maintenance. Was able to get a brand new loaner which was awesome. Tino was my service advisor and he did a stellar job at getting me in and out in a timely manner. The updates they sent me via a link through text was very informative and gave a great breakdown on parts and labor of recommended services. I could also see the results of the technicians inspection. Overall great service. Would definitely recommend the Audi care prepaid maintenance packages they are a good deal compared to buying the maintenance separately.

Ricky came to the rescue just when I thought there is no hope for me to find the car that I urgently needed. After days of frustrating dealership visits around the Bay Area, I felt defeated and ready to go home when I decided to give one last call. Ricky at Audi Marin picked up the phone and patiently listened to my rant about finding a car, then convinced me to stop by the dealership and walked me through all the vehicles that check that meet my requirement on the phone. When mentioned it was about their closing time, he didn’t hesitate about staying late and being there for me. I didnt expect to buy a car that day, we were there for a service question on my husbands fairly new RS 5 Ascari Launch car. But there in the showroom was MY dream car, color combination and everything. Sales Rep was wonderful, as were everyone else. We all got a big laugh out of their Free car wash. It cost me buying a new car. Theres no such thing as a free wash here with cars like this on the showroom floor, but it was a pleasure doing business here.

Gene was very helpful while my car was getting serviced at Audi San Rafael. He was able to communicate via text which was more convenient for me rather than calling. He was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to my questions. The process of returning the loaner car was also very quick. I was very pleased with the service at Audi San Rafael!

Then walked us through all of the nitty gritty with the paperwork. One of the best car purchasing experiences Ive ever had. I likely will not return to Audi Marin. I agreed to $480 the cost of estimate to find the cause of noise coming from my suspension and a separate noise coming from the rear tire of my Audi A8.I dropped my car off just before 9am on the date of my appointment. Typically, I receive an estimate a few hours later and the work is completed the same day. Since I did not hear from Gene (my service advisor) I called around 5:30pm and Gene said that they got a late start on my vehicle and that he would have my estimate the next morning.The next morning I received the estimate for the two noise items and three other items totaling almost $7K. The estimate for the fix for the suspension item was $2886 and Gene indicated that they were not 100% confident that the fix would resolve the issue. When I decided to postpone the work largely due to Genes lack of confidence Gene said they would charge me the full $480 if no work was approved by me.He said they spent 2 1/2 hours, which I guess could be true since they spent time evaluating brakes and other mechanical issues I had not asked an estimate for. Should I be charged the $240 hourly rate as the mechanic does a full vehicle inspection to find items that might need repair. I dont think thats fair.I ended up approving the repair for the noise coming from the rear wheel, which was about $1100. The final charges included an additional $120 in labor for the repair I did not approve.I love my Audi but I expect more from an Audi dealer!

I took our Audi in for service. We worked with Alan. It was an wonderful experience. I had my toddler son with me who had not eaten lunch yet, they helped me get to and locate a good restaurant for us to have lunch while the car was being serviced. The service went great and an added bonus was that the car was spotless when we got in it for the long drive back home to Napa Valley. Thank you Audi of Marin, you were great!!

I took my car in to be serviced and specifically asked that it be ready by noon. The service person said that he would call me at 11 and let me know if there were any issues. Having not heard from him at 11:45 I contacted him to find out what the status was he said it would be ready by 12:45. When I got there at 105p I was told my car was “being washed and would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes.” At 130p I asked again where my car was and told them that if it was not actually in the car wash that I didn’t want it washed that I just wanted as I had an appointment where I need to be in 15 minutes. It took them another five minutes to get me in my car. I cannot comment on how well the actual service was, I can only comment on the fact that my car available was an hour and a half Later than I was promised. I understand that things happen so that phone calls can’t be made and work is pushed back, that being said communication is the best part of customer service and in this instance it was sorely lacking.

Alan is always super helpful and on top of it and explains things so that I understand what is going on with my car. Everybody there is friendly and I feel incredibly safe during this crazy Covid time. The only thing and reason I didn’t give five stars is with scheduling every time I schedule a time for my car the schedulers will say oh it’ll be a two hour appointment and then the appointment turns out to be a four hour service. I just wish the schedulers and the service people we’re on the same page because I drive two hours to bring my car to be serviced

Im leaving a one star review here, despite the many excellent experiences weve had with Marin Audi.Its a beautiful, clean showroom, and the sales staff is polite and professional. This is our second car from Marin Audi, and I can testify that the service department is extremely professional, prompt and meticulous.The problem I had was with the finance manager. We were purchasing my wifes Q3 at the end of the lease. Everything went well: we were reassured that the service contract wed prepaid would transfer, and that Marin would honor the 4 year/48,000 mile factory warranty.When we went to sign paperwork, the finance manager, whose name I will not post here, told us that the expiration of our factory warranty would be in March, not September, giving us only another 6 months instead of a year of warranty. He then proceeded to try to sell us an extended (and ridiculously expensive) warranty. I told him that the lease should be good for 4 years from the date of purchase, and he tried to gaslight us into believing the warranty would expire 4 years from the intake date, not the purchase date. A quick Google search proved that he was lying. He ultimately went off to check if this was true, and came back to inform us that we were lucky, because somehow the warranty was issued at the date we signed the lease, not the intake date, which it usually is. Another lie.This created stress for my wife, who worries about such things. I became determined not to accept any extended warranty from this liar, though my wife might well have wanted to purchase one for her own ease of mind. I hate being lied to, manipulated, or taken for a chump. It ruined the experience for my wife and will probably cause regret and resentment, especially if a warrantied service goes wrong with the car after the 4 years expires. If that happens, shell never let me hear the end of it.Thinking back, the purchase experience when we leased our first Audi from Marin, and when we first leased the second, caused dissatisfaction for my wife. Its important to her to have a good experience so that she can enjoy driving her luxurious car, and financing has left a bad taste in her mouth for the third time.This is very regrettable, because its a beautiful product being sold in a beautiful showroom by polite, professional staff. Its a shame that sleazy sales tactics in financing ruined an otherwise good experience for my wife, and caused resentment to me.

First experience taking our brand new Q5 to Audi Marin for a recall service and to fix a problem with the GPS. Even though I was told when making the appointment that it would be a one day event, it was obvious during the day that they had no intention of completing the work in a day - in fact I don’t think they did anything on the car that day. We had to wait over the weekend to get the car back.There seems to be very poor schedule planning in their shop.The people I dealt with were courteous and efficient; good COVID protocols.

With the car market how it is right now, new inventory is very minimal. I called every Audi dealership in California to find the car I wanted and there was only about 10 left in the state. The next step was getting the coat right. I worked with George and his team at Audi Marin, and they were very easy to work with, respected my price limits, and were creative on how to get me exactly what I wanted. Very professional and no one was ever pushy when it came to Sales. On top of all that, they were kind enough to deliver the car to my house. Fantastic experience visiting this Audi location! We were enthusiastically welcomed and the staff was very attentive.We worked the most with Taylor, who was not at all the typical car dealership salesperson. She never pressured us as to if we were going buy or not. She never even asked our timetable. But she gave us all the info we needed. It’s taken me some time to write this review as I am still in shock, I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for a new car and I never thought I would end up in an Audi dealer. After all I wasn’t really interested in a luxury vehicle. My first day at Audi Marin on 7/21, I was greeted by a friendly Audi Brand Specialist named Ricky Quintana who immediately made me feel comfortable and took his time to get to know what my car needs were. We discussed a few models and eventually made an appointment for Saturday 7/23 to test drive a Q3 and the Q5 Plugin Hybrid. The test drive was amazing! Ricky is professional, friendly, patient and his guidance through the test drive made me experience the vehicle’s full potential. Ricky is the reason I decided to purchase the Q5 Plugin Hybrid. I had a great experience with David Lu the sale associate everything went pretty much sooth my daughter was purchasing a used car her first car at 17. She worked hard for all the money for her car. Very proud of her. The only thing the made me feel a litter weird was we had a cashiers check for a huge portion of the car and $1400 in cash. They said they almost never take cash they had to two people come in and count the money marked every bill. Just seamed very odd to me. I didn’t to say anything I just said I understood. Other than that I had a good experience.

This was possibly one of the most frustrating & utterly unsatisfactory experiences Ive had for decades in trying to get a minor service for my car. I now understand why my friends purchased BMW of Audis: to avoid having to come here (Marin Audi) for service.I made an appointment weeks in advance as I must drive 2.5 hours to get to Marin, then the same home again. I was assured I could have my Audi Allroad back by 3:00 as it was only a minor service. When I checked with them at 3:00, I was told it would maybe be done at the end if the day- 5:30 or 6:00.In disbelief I asked why and was told a lot of people are waiting as if I wasnt also waiting! But they are here waiting Oh, so if Id stood there glaring at them, pacing and drumming my fingers on the counter I couldve gotten more timely service? Seriously? Then the same old were understaffed line. If thats the case, they have a lot to learn about responsible and respectful scheduling. I picked up my car without it getting the minor service it required. I had prepaid for the service.? I asked for a refund but was told they could not do anything about that.How is this in any way professional? This is the reality behind the image they try so hard to cultivate. Its a shame Audi service is such a dys- (as in dysfunctional) service. I like my Audi, but this sort of experience will have me shopping elsewhere for my next car.

After taking three hours to lease an Audi Q5, sign a contract and leave, I got a call two days later asking for the car back because the finance team had made a mistake. Teddy was rude and aggressive. Said either I accepted his newly revised numbers adding thousands of dollars and extending the term of the SIGNED lease by a year, or he would send a letter canceling my contract and would “roll the car back in”. Never experienced anything like this in my life. Stay away from Audi Marin. Very inexperienced salespeople, finance team and extremely disrespectful staff. Take your fancy business elsewhere. Porsche, Bmw and Mercedes staff are way nicer!

This is a review for Audi Marin, and Zac FitzGerald in particular. We purchased a 202 Cadillac XT5, and the car was in terrific shape. Audi Marin did a great job of prepping the car for sale, and that isnt always the case these days. Our sales person was Zac FitzGerald, and I cant say enough for his level of service and consideration. He was terrific from the beginning of the transaction to the end. He knew the car very well (better than some of the staff at Cadillac dealers), had a great route picked out for a test drive, and was on top of all aspects of the transaction. I highly recommend and thank Zac for his service. The downside of this transaction was the length of time to complete (cash transaction). Most of the paperwork was regulatory and required, but I believe that they can use a streamlined path for a cash transaction, and in either case the time to prepare the forms should be about 25% of the time that it took.

Update: The Sales manager reached out personally and apologies for the poor service. He also made offer to correct the missing door lights. Upgrading this from 2 stars to 4 stars.Original Post: Just bought a CPO car from this dealer. The car was supposed to have the Audi Ring door lights from original window sticker. However I realized the Audi Ring lights were missing from the front doors and the rear doors lights were also missing. Told the Sales person and sent repeated texts but there was no response. The sales process was ok but the after sales response was disappointing.

He was amazing to work with, not pushy, understood my needs and was very respectful of my time. He stayed in touch and kept me updated of the deals and kept me updated of what I was looking for. When I finally visited the dealership he worked with me and his manager to get me the deal I wanted. Working with him was a pleasure. Kris was very thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions and took time to explain the financing options and saved me some money. Since the dealership was far and I wasnt expecting to buy the car they generously accommodated my request and held onto the car. On the day of the pickup Zac stayed back much after the closing time to explain the features and other options. The reservation process was easy, I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greeted quickly and kindly. They have Covid protocols to follow which allow for our safety. Specifically, mask and temperature requirements before entering. The waiting area afforded social distancing and they completed my service in less time than promised. They brought water while waiting and allowed me to have my dog in the sales area. I’m always pleased with Audi, and this service appointments was no different. Excellent!

I had a wonderful expreience. Ozzy is a great sales person and I came in on Monday and bought the car on Tuesday. He put a large red ribbon on the car and I was so touched. I haven’t owned a car in 33 years as I have lived in Manhattan, so this was a big moment for me!

Recently bought a car and it was delivered unclean, without registration and with a nonfunctional fob/remote. Contacted management and they were quick to respond (appreciated) but the actual people who are supposed to do the work are lazy. They sent someone to pick the car so it can be detailed but they only spot cleaned the visor and returned. The sales person completely disappeared once the transaction was complete. See pictures.

For Homelink to work in my 2018 A5, you need to have the Audi service center pull the fuse on the side view safety feature, program the remote, put the fuse back. Then I had to go home and program it to my garage opener unit. I gave Audi 4 stars because they told me it would take an hour but it took three hours. However Ian was very helpful and it did work the first time.

My “check engine” light came on and I immediately went to Audi Marin. After several hours they had performed a “system program update.” My warranty had just expired and I had was charged >$200 for the update. I never received a notice all last year when my car was idle during COVID, under warranty. No accommodation was made. I won’t return and will not buy another Audi.

I believe the staff is wonderful. That being said, I have had many horrible experiences. Just to name a few, I had to wait over 6 months to have my seatbelt fixed and I could not have anyone sit in my rear seat for half a year... unbelievable. They curbed my tires and damaged my rims twice on my E-Tron and there has been so many other things as well. With all those issues, you would think they would have some sort of compensation or waiver of fees for tolls and milage but nope..just a sorry. I could go on and on but I believe you can get the point.

Just bought my third Audi from Audi Marin and the service gets better year after year! I highly recommend any one looking for an Audi to buy their car from Audi Marin. The service that was given to me during the buying process was better than Ive received over the years buying cars at other dealerships.The team of Mo and Nathan, assistant and sales manager were terrific, always being available in person, by phone and by text! Ricky the floor salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making process in buying the Etron. Once I picked up the car he gave me the needed tips to get me on the road and offered his services if I had any questions later about the car. Josh Feinberg the Finance manager was a delight to deal with. He made the signing of all the documents as painless as possible and was great not pressuring me to buy additional options that I did not want.I also highly recommend their service department. My service advisor is Gary who has been there for years! Its nice to deal with the same person each time you take your car in for service.
