Car was new but owner has bad attitude rude rushing confusing and trys to upsale unnecessary items

Their drop off times are ridiculous. Badly organized and rude. Have had multiple bad experiences at this rental place and will not be returning

A week after returning the car. Still waiting a response regarding the damage I was given the car with. And cant get a confirmation that i got it that way. The whole experience needs to be modernized. This should be resolvable via text from the app. Instead im asked to wait on hols calling third party numbers that cant help

Avis was there when we needed them. Vehical you couldnt have asked for a nicer one. The only down side it cost us double of what we would have paid at enterprise but they were open.

Syed Ali was extremely rude. He yelled at me and screamed you people. I brought the car back and he yelled there’s sand in the car. I told him there is sand bc we went to the beach. He stated you people don’t ever take care of things. I was very offended by that comment. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and I will never use AVIS again. I told him he was screaming at me. He said because you messed up my car. I told him the contract says no smoking or pet hair. I asked for his name and he threw down my receipt. I can not believe how I was treated.

Great experience overall. Fast, friendly service. The staff answered all my questions.

This is the worst Avis I have ever been to. Presidents club is ignored here and they try and hike the price on you. Avoid this Avis at all costs!!

Dont Rent from these People. They do not honor reservations. Ive cancelled my morning pick-up reservation for a truck I had reserved 12 days ago when I was called and informed a few days before pick-up it would not be ready until 1pm. I personally had to call the 1-800 number to remove my reservation. Ive happily booked with their neighbors U-Haul.

Easy and quick experience

The owner is rude and scummy. I was taking a test drive on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. He was rude right from the get go and made it clear I was an inconvenience. I brought the car back with the tank as full as when I got it and he pitched a fit telling me it’s my responsibility to completely fill it. I had to go find a gas station and spend a whole $2 to fill it to his fantasyland full level. Total jerk.

Although the attendant was pleasant and courteous, I was frustrated with the service overall. Just be careful at this location when it comes to the vehicle you are actually given. I had reserved a an intermediate vehicle, charged for an intermediate vehicle, but given a compact. He never stated this fact at anytime...I had to come upon this information by looking at my final receipt. Never had an issue like this through Avis...just wont be renting from here again.

Quality of service

Car was pretty scratched up and had some minor dents and smelled really bad of smoke. I asked for a discount or refund and was refused.

The staff member here saved our bacon. I would definitely recommend it, we picked up from a worse avis location and these guys took away the phoney charges and gave us a smile and sent us on our way. 5/5

Shady car rental. Charged me an extra day for being a couple hour difference in return. Dont rent from these people

Very rude staff he tell me to bring back the car by 6 p.m I go their by 5.30 but no body was their and no place to drop the key I call him many times no answer I wait their one hour waiting then returned back home next day i returned the car although it is not my faullt charged me one day more, he told be to bring back the car by 6 but he denied that he told me this .may husband was having a surgery I asked him to go the hotel to drop us the hotel is one minute from his office he refused and I waited with my husband for half hour until cap pick us it was a horrible experience

I had a very poor experience with the staff at this Avis location. He was rude to my wife and very short with me. I will not be returning. I went down the street to Enterprise and was treated very well.

Boo boo

They are scammers, despite having been adamant about not including insurance since the credit card company includes them, the manager added insurance to the rate. In addition, when returning the vehicle with a full tank of gasoline, they charged me for the gas refilling service, an additional $ 50, I had to return to correct this situation.It appears Avis policy is to mislead its customers in every way possible to acquire as much extra income as possible.
