Outstanding customer service. Every time I go there, I leave very satisfied. Got an inspection done.. they walked right out and asked what I needed. The inspection took 10-15 minutes and another employee talked to me as I waited.. very personable people. He introduced himself and invited me back, letting me know of their services, prices, and online coupons. My car was parked toward the exit, so all i had to do was pull out into the street. Awesome place.. far better than the 10 minute sticker shop, who came out to disrespectfully read the small sign to me that said we are out of stickers.. as well as 4-M Automotive who again disrespectfully said they were not doing inspections at 5:10pm when they closed at 5:30pm.. and when I pointed it out.. they said they stopped at 5:00pm.

Been going here for awhile. Great customer service. The guys are really friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of what going on with my vehicle. I have been using this Kwik Kar for 3 years with 4 different vehicles and the quality has never wavered. I brought in a new truck and asked if they had DEF, they didnt and tried to send me to a competitor they thought had it. I turned them down for my oil changed and went to check that other store, which didnt end up having it either. This is the nicest most customer service oriented car shop Ive ever been to, and with their 25% military discount I will never go anywhere else.

Amazing place! They saved me upwards of $600 by being completely honest about the issues my car was having and finding a simple, effective, and wallet-friendly solution! I also felt very comfortable here and not taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge, so its safe to say this is my go-to stop!

I will never go here again. Had my oil changed last week. They recommended I get a new air filter. I declined. My car stopped accelerating properly today. I had to pull over and open the hood. The air filter cover had fallen off (it was never secured back down) and the hose was detached. The old air filter was sitting on top of my battery. I guess they took it out to check it and never put it back in.It was an easy fix to put the filter back in and secure the cover. Really negligent of them to forget something so simple.

My family and I have been coming here since we moved to San Marcos 10 years ago. They have never done us wrong and never over charged us. Just to see what other places were like, I have tried a few other places in town and no one has given me the kind of service Frank and everyone there has. We have over 8 vehicles that we will never take anywhere else!

I went to this location 8/11/14 and got a full service oil change that was anything but... here is the list of things they said they did, but didnt:Vacuum interior - I had just detailed my car they day before, and I got it back dirtier than I brought it inWashed exterior windows - nope, they didnt touch themCheck air filter - I know it was filthy, because I was going to replace today, but they said it was fineWasher fluid filled - nope againPower steering/coolant/trans fluid checked - I dont know, but somehow I doubt it, since they did nothing elseOil & filter changed - Im going to say yes, only because they left a filter wrench under my hood that sprung the right hood hinge when they slammed my hood on it. Ill have to see if the damage is easily repairable or if I need to take my car to a garage now to get it fixed.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for about 9yrs. The manager and the staff are so helpful with all things. Once there was a mistake with not putting on the oil cap back on., witch was scary but we took it back and it was corrected. This company does more than oil changes. Very clean didnt even get out of my truck for an oil change

Went to get an inspection and turned out my belts were worn. The team at Kwik Kar got my belts replaced in the same day at a timely manner and amazing price. Frank(Manager) was very nice and showed that he was looking out for his customers. Will definitely recommend and be back for more repairs if needed!

They always come through with a fast and easy process. Was gonna go to Firestone but they told me a 3-4 hour wait. I went to Autozone across the street, picked up the oil and filter, and kwik car n lube changed it out for $25. You cant beat that.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! they will keep trying to up sell you. You will sit and they will keep coming in telling you this & that is, wrong. .. $75 for a basic oil change, I went for a state inspection I bought wipers 6 months ago, but wouldnt pass, without new ones.. added $24 to the $42 basic oil change. ..plus $7 for the state inspection that I have to back for because the inspector put the wrong plate # in...he left the previous owners plate in..I called & they wont correct without me driving 30 miles back...WORTH PLACE EVER...1 star because it took 20 min...dont waste your time..go walk around walmart & pay the $29 for the, works...

Upon arriving, I was told to wait for a state inspection. After 20 minutes, I was told the systems were down. Why not tell me that before I waste 20 minutes?

Phenomenal service!!! I went to walmart first for a simple oil change and was turned down because, after looking at my car in the shop, they claimed to not have the right tools. So, I searched nearby locations and was happily taken care of at Kwik Kar. Walmart apparently left my oil cap off of the cover, after not even changing the oil, and oil was sputtering into my engine. Kwik showed me the damage and allowed me to take pictures. Management went above and beyond fixing the problem Walmart created. The manager TOOK MY CAR TO THE NEARBY CAR WASH and cleaned the oil splatters from it AND changed my oil. Perfect service. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Way too over priced. Said they were going to charge me $130 for 30 min of work to replace a belt. The guy that fixed my car didnt fix it correctly the first time. Had to come back 4 times to get it refixed. Finally the last time I came back the guy who originally fixed it had been fired because he had multiple customers coming back with their vehicles he had fixed

They said they could do a oil change and change out my front light bulb in 10 minutes...... 30 minutes later my oil change cost 15 more then what i was told and they said they didnt know how to change my light bulb...... Ill never go back

Been coming here for a couple years now, but this time I dropped my truck off for an oil change, walked next door to the new raising canes, ate lunch, came back and my truck was ready!!! 30 minutes round trip and it included lunch, time is money and so are the guys here.
