I had a good experience here. The lady that did my nails was “B”, in case anyone wants to ask for her after seeing my results in the picture i’ll insert. Price was super reasonable and her shaping was great, especially for it being almond. I’ll be back here for sure with her specifically :)

The cleanliness of the shop was okay. Everyone wore masks but not practicing social distancing.My husband and I went for a mani/pedi service since we were in the area. I decided to stick with a regular pedicure with a full set of gel nails and my husband opted for a deluxe pedicure with a manicure.First, they charge more for men to receive the same service they provide women. Second, their prices were a bit higher than most salons. Thirdly, what we received for what we paid is unequivocal to what I would consider quality service at quality prices.PEDICUREI had a young man who spent maybe 15 minutes total on my pedicure. The finished product made my feet look worse than the did before I received the service. The nails are crooked and the paint job looks like a kindergartner was at play.My husband’s technician spent a solid amount of time rubbing his legs and feet but had to continually be reminded of which treatment he was getting. Which I’m sure wouldn’t have been the case at checkout.FULL SETI had a different tech complete my full set. It turned out okay but for the prices, I don’t expect okay. She completed an acrylic set and advised she would use gel polish on top. That’s not how I recall a gel set being completed but I took her advisement into consideration, due to my field of work. I would say she was the best in the shop being she was the busiest in the shop.Will I go back or recommend to others? No and no. IMHO it was a Monday afternoon and the rush job for a not so busy shop is inexcusable when there’s like 25 other locations in the SM area. I walked out unhappy and dissatisfied which is why I’m leaving a review!

Got my nails done a little bit under a week ago and look at them now. I asked for Shellac nails. No, they are not suppose to be ombré or anything! They were suppose to be one solid color! Very disappointed! Will not be returning.

Im great. The shop has wide range of selections and services. The technician was really dedicated and friendly to their job. I also recognized that the technicians here are very detail-oriented and very quick with their profesional skills. They gave me such a very precious experience! Love them.

Unfortunately, I had to rate this place a one star. They ended giving me an infection after I got a refill. It sucks because I liked how they shaped & painted my nails. When I went to ask for help on what happened to my actual nail & what I could do, they just said to wait & cut them as if it was bruised, but nope, it’s an infection.

Not the best place to get your nails done! Customer service is not great. I asked for a coffin nail and what that lady did barely even counts as that style. I asked for rhinestones shaped like a triangle on 2 nails and she placed them so sloppy ( it lookedlike my 6 year old son glued them on my nail) they were overlapping each other. I asked get if she could fix it and she didnt want to (she blamed it on the rhinestones but she just didnt want to take her time) so I told her just to take them off. Quality of service is poor. Definitely not paying them a visit.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I went in this Saturday & I Had a girl name Tammy do my nails & she did a horrible job. My nails werent shaped the same some where square and some where coffin shaped, my right hand nails were longer than the other side, 2 of my nails are sticking out like if they are going to pop off. & she kept hitting my hand and yanked my arm, like ask me no need for that. Other places never done that to me. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This place sucked. They rush too much and mess up a lot an older lady did mine she didnt know how to finish painting the whole nail. I made her remove all my nail polish she did because she kept going to fast. Then after she removed it she ran to the foot spa and started on someone else. I think she should leave the painting to the younger girls who can actually see. Too pricy for such a lousy job. Floor was very very dirty as well. all i saw was hair and dirt everywhere. gross.

I have been going to this establishment for almost 7 years and previously would have given it a 5-star rating but there has been a dramatic drop in its quality since new management took over a few years ago.Also, dont expect to make an appointment and have your service start at the time you selected. They are almost always running behind and when they say, 5 minutes, they really mean 15. Also, do not expect to have an appointment with the individual you ask for. I recently had an appointment and waited 10 minutes for my nail stylist to show up. I later was informed she would not be there for another 45 minutes and that if I wanted to be seen, it had to be by someone else.Generally, pedicures done by any one there will be average but you have to be very selective if you want to get solar nails. I had solar nails done by a new person because my regular was not there and they started to separate from my nail bed in just a week!Like I said, there service has gone down the drain and with so many other places to choose from, why waste your time?

The pedicure was very expensive for the services they offered. The staff was unfriendly and didn’t talk at us at all. They only had 3 people working during the day and weren’t able to do one of our pedicures. Overall very unhappy with the services provided.

DONT GO HERE. I usually dont write reviews for places, good or bad but I had such a terrible experience here I want it to be public. Ive been here once and had a decent experience which is why I gave it another go but the second time around was such a mistake. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. First, the tech I had spoke no English whatsoever. She had to ask another person who was working on another client every time she needed to speak to me. Which wasnt a big deal at first until the second tech, a younger girl, got a major attitude. I had noticed that my big toes hadnt been filed to be a straight line, they were very slanted which would have driven me crazy. I asked politely if they could be filed to be straight across. I know, the nerve of me. The younger tech came over and proceeded to file my nail very aggressively until it actually burned my toe and said There. Theyre straight now. I was completely taken aback and let the other tech finish my pedicure. I paid for the pedicure and went somewhere else for my manicure. These people are never getting my business again and they shouldnt get yours. There are so many other nail salons in the area.

My sister and I celebrate sister-time here every two weeks. We are pampered by the staff with a mani-pedi, sister bonding, laughs and wine! Its a favorite event. Thank you Gwen and staff!

I was VERY disappointed with not only the service here but also the quality of their products. After being recommended by a friend to try out Spa Pro Nails, I went to get a shallac manicure. I am an avid shallac fan and am very familiar with the process. After only a week, my nails had faded from a light pink to a nude/yellow color. The shallac (a $30 + plus tip manicure) had also cracked and started to peel off. I went back in to see if this was normal for their shallac manicures or to see if something was wrong with the polish. I explained what happened in a very calm tone and asked if this was normal. I was then told that I was lying because my nail color was not carried in shallac. I asked if they could simply remove the shallac nails since it had only been a week and they were already chipped and peeling off. The manager responded that they could do that for a $14 fee.

Ive gone here twice. I wasnt satisfied the first time, but thought Id give it another try. I shouldnt have. With both experiences the women ignored my requests and had horrible customer service. I will not be going back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
