(DONT LOOK AT STAR REVIEWS: This location was originally Checks Cashed and that is what the majority of these reviews are about- in actuality they merged with USA Checks so only look as of maybe April and on to see real reviews) I have been their customer for a few months since they changed form Check Center to USA Checks. Wow where do I start, they lost my preliminary bank statement, application and pay stubs from when I first had to present this after the merger. Next time I came in they refused to disburse funds stating I hadnt had any paperwork on file. Fine complained to the manager who gave me a tel # to customer service, I frankly didnt call thinking I would give them a break. Today I went in again, not even 2 months from this incident they state I have no paperwork on file and need to present these items again. Wow people this is the most unprofessional business that loses very important paperwork that has all my personal info on file. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and down right makes me question if someone ion that company is stealing info b/c how does my paperwork disappear 2x?! A bit of advice...DONT GO! If you must, get copies of all paperwork and get the rep who is assisting (if thats even the right term since they dont do their job) to sign off and date all paperwork. They have sign that clearly states they update their paperwork every 3 months, yeah right more like every 3 weeks.

These ladies are always helpful and always willing to help out. Great sense of humor and personalities especially work ethic. They make the experience go by fast no matter what.

Got there at 6:45pm to cash a check there was 2 girls but only one was helping people. Finally got attended at 6:55pm gave her the check, i gave her my info she then went to the back took 10 minutes back there then at 7:10pm ended up telling me we called the place and its closed for the day, We will give them a call tomorrow. She could have asked me hey is this place open right now and I could have told her no instead of wasting my time. Never will be going back to that place.
