I had an amazing experience in dealing with Express Paintless Dent Removal in San Marcos! The staff, of which I dealt with multiple members, on multiple occasions, was extremely helpful and kind, and answered any and all questions that I had. Also, Mike, the owner, was prompt in answering my calls and getting back to me in a timely manner. They also worked in quick concession with my insurance company to get approvals for all of the work they did on my car. I have a Mazda that endured some severe hail damage a few months ago, and I needed the dents taken out. Upon getting my car back, I was stunned at the work Express Paintless did on it. Mike and Daniel are both so sweet and professional! Daniel did the estimate on my car within 5 minutes. Scheduling was so easy and they got me in a week early and it only took them a couple hours to fix the hail damage on my hood. Super reasonable prices also! They definitely keep lines of communication open and up to date via text or email. My jeep was completely done in less than a week. My auto insurance paid the fair amount quoted by Daniel. He is very personable and easy to interact with.

This review is for some Paintless dent repair I’ve had on my 2017 Ford F350 aluminum body. The technician that worked on my truck two different times now is Charlie Molina and I can’t say enough good things about him. I sent pictures to several different repair businesses even as far as Dallas Texas and they said they could not repair the damage on my truck due to it being aluminum. Charlie was able to repair the damage both times and you can’t tell it was ever damaged. I live three hours away from San Marcus but will gladly drive the distance to get my repairs done at Express Paintless Dent Removal.Sincerely Todd Miles

There is only one word adequate to describe the quality of work done by Mike and his team at Express Paintless Dent Removal.....REMARKABLE!On two occasions I used their service. The first was to address several dents in my roof just above my windshield caused by rock thrown from a large truck. The repair was flawless.The second was to repair a dent, scrapes and mars to my left rear quarter panel caused by a careless customer pushing a lumber cart in a local Home Depot parking lot. The customer took off, but left the cart and the damage for me to discover.The dent was long and deep while the scrape and mars were very noticeable. I was not optimistic that the dent could be repaired because the damage was profound and on a convex portion of the quarter panel. I was entirely satisfied with the repair. The dent was removed and the quarter panel was buffed to a showroom shine. It looks perfect.Thank you Mike.

Mike worked with my insurance to make things seamless. The work was done timely and my Jeep looks brand new. My 2020 Silverado was the second vehicle the shops worked on and I am equally happy with the service I received as I did when I had my Cadalliac ATS worked on. From the start to finish the shop makes the process hassle free. Communication is key when you take your vehicle to a shop and they communicate through the entire process. Express Paintless Dent Removal will be the only shop I take my vehicles to.

This was the best service I’ve ever received in the automobile service industry. I was always in the loop. Communication was A+. They fought insurance to use the best parts on my vehicle. They took care of my hail damage but handled another claim for bumper. It was one stop shop for me. They even handled 3rd party tint w/ best tint shop in town. My plan was to give my car a little TLC so I would fall in love with it again and pass on my urge to buy a new vehicle. My SUV looks great and I’m ready for another 100,000 miles. Had two small dents, insurance repair bid was in the thousands along with an estimate of 4 days to repair. Was completed here in hours, for hundreds, and can not find any signs of the dents. Not sure why more insurance companies do not explore this option. True vehicle repair artist.

A deer ran into the front of my car, and put a good size dent in the front left corner of the car. Had I taken it to the dealer it would have meant a new quarter panel, paint that didnt match the rest of the car and days without my car ( not to mention paying the full deductible on the repair). Mike looked at it and was honest and said he wasnt sure if he could totally remove the dent, but he would see what he could do. Mike worked on my car and had the dent removed within an hour. He did an amazing job saving my car, my time and my money. Cant recommend a service more highly.

Just moved down here from Denver and needed to get the hail damage repaired that I got from a storm in Denver on July 4th. I left a message for Mike on a Sunday and he called me back about 20 minutes later! They got my car in the same week, gave me a ride to pick up my rental and worked with my insurance to take care of everything. I expected my car to look like it used to (minus the dents) when I picked it up but what a surprise for me that my car looked brand new! The repair work that they did on my Toyota Four-Runner was absolutely amazing! I was stunned (and still am) at how great it looks! First of all.. if I could give more stars I would. I own a 2017 Shelby GT350 Mustang. My Driver door was backed into in a parking lot on the 12th of January 2020. I took the car over to mike the next day for an estimate and dropped the car off. By Friday the 17th Mike called me saying it was ready to be picked up! They were fast, affordable, and Mike even paid for my Uber when I dropped it off! When I got it back, I couldnt see any evidence that anything had ever happened.After purchasing a new 2019 Ram, someone in a parking lot damaged a passenger side door with their door, it was pretty bad. Outstanding! After getting estimates from 5-6 different body shops ranging from $400-$800, one casually mentioned PDR. Not familiar with that, I asked what it was. I was amazed. Went home, Binged it and learned. I picked Express because of qualifications, commendation letters, detailed descriptions of the process and longevity in this business. Location-wise, this place is going to be easy to miss just like an urban crossfit gym (its in the same shopping strip as Glass with Class). But like a secret crossfit gym, its a total gem. From the interior of the facility to its representatives Amber and Michael (he’s the owner), it was a wholesome and inviting experience.Basically, I had a work vehicle go off-roading and as soon as I cleaned it up, I noticed some damages. These werent some “I can fix this on my own myself” kinda damages, cause if you attempted to fix it yourself, it would do more harm than good.I had Boss man Michael personally inspect my vehicle, we agreed on a date and price; that was it. Dropped off my vehicle on the agreed upon date, got it later that afternoon and was completely satisfied.I expected that it would be like 80%-85% restoration, nope, basically 100% gone. You WOULDN’T EVEN KNOW… worth every penny. Overall, great experience and communication among all parties.Michael’s a good guy and Amber’s good conversation. He knows his stuff, he ain’t gonna cheat you, so relax. I wrote this review simply because I had an amazing experience and wish the same upon any future customers.

I consulted Express pdr on a large multi dent created from a tree limb. The local body shop I spoke with previously called for a fender/hood replacement install and paint.I explain to Express repair and they asked me stop in to assess the repair and give me and estimate. I was excited to hear them say it could be repaired without paint work and they went as far as to show me some previous repairs.This business has old school values they meant me on time and returned all of my calls as well as made the repair in a timely fashion. The dent was repaired and my friends cant believe i did not have it replaced and painted.Express has made me a believer in repairing cars without the use of bodyshops.

Mike is a wizard with magical dent-removing powers. This guy mustve sold his soul in exchange for the power to remove dents that send shivers down the spines of mere mortals. He laughs in the face of Zeus himself when the weather god casts hail the size of Volkswagen bugs from the heavens. Door dings? Please. He doesnt even need tools for those, just stares them into submission until they correct themselves. I only gave 5 stars because 10 was not an option.

After a few different quotes by other paintless dent removal companies I quickly learned it was not slightly sunken in and “required a paint and body shop” to repair the damage.After speaking with Michael he assured me that the only people to know the dent was there after being repaired would be the two of us and no one else.Fast forward to the day of repair; my car looks amazing and truth be told, I can’t even tell there was a dent!AMAZING WORK!
