Disappointed. Did fine as usual on removing dents (hail) and replacing body parts, but had asked to repair all dings and paint repair. Arrived to find that my truck wasnt even washed from when I dropped it off after the rain. I wondered how they could find all the dents and dings if it wasnt even washed. Right away I started finding spots that werent repaired, and Carlos called a guy over to use the touch up paint nail polish like applicator. I had expected better, but shame on me for not getting into specifics on the quality of work and methods. I could have used the nail polish applicator, but had wanted them to disappear with buffing, detail in touch up, and waxing. Nope. Then the next day, Im washing the truck and finding many, many spots that they missed entirely because they never bothered to wash it. Waste of money and time, I have to start over from scratch with someone who will do it right with buffing, repairs, and waxing. Its one thing really to have misunderstood the level of quality I was going to get, but its another thing to not even wash the truck to see how much you were missing even at the level of quality intended. Photos show examples of spots missed, including a piece of yellow adhesive they were using that I pointed out while waiting to pick up, and Carlos pulled it off, but left bits that Im still having problems getting off. Also a photo of an example of the touch ups with the finger nail polish-like applicator that I could have done myself, and had expected a better job of paint repair (buff out scratches, repair paint, polish/wax.)

All I have to say is that they made my car look brand new. My car was covered with dents from the hail. When I went to go pick it up it was as if i just bought the car all over again

I know if I ever get hail damage again I WILL bring my cars here! I had 2 cars with major hail damage and Carlos explained everything he was needing to do plus the time hell take to get it done, he took care of the cars very very well! He kept me updated on everything, when I got the cars back not only were they dent free but they were really really clean! I would say he is a perfectionist with his work! I definitely highly recommend you bring your cars here!! My husband an I are such satisfied customers!!

Did a great job on my wifes 2016 Explorer. Done faster than expected. Also, best PDR (Paintless dent removal) around.

I had a minor issue with my car frame. Carlos and his team got it fixed quickly and at a great price relative to other estimates I was facing. Furthermore, I was around when he and his team were working, and could see they had great attention to detail. Will definitely consider for any future auto body needs.

Wow! I took my vehicle to Carlos and his team May 20th, 2019 based on the suggestion of a great local body shop (after the recent hail storm). This was the first time I had been to his shop, but he was very outgoing and helpful. We scheduled a time to drop it off, and he finished it in a few days. The vehicle looks amazing.Carlos is a perfectionist and his work shows it. If others have left less than 5 star reviews, Im not sure why, but Im sure that Carlos has reached out to them to help make it right.I recommend Automedic to everyone! From all standard vehicles to high end sports cars.
