When Uhaul cancelled on me last minute, Penske had a truck ready for me in less than an hour. I’m very thankful for that. The staff was very helpful and quick to get me on my way. No hassle.

No dolly, no moving blankets, none of the extras paid for were in the truck. no way to refuel it, either. They said the office would be open in until 5, they closed early at 3 by surprise. Completely unprofessional.

Mediocre and disinterested clerk. There was a problem with our reservation, and they made it right by giving us a deal on the flatbed truck we needed. Its not terrible, but Ive had better truck rental experiences. Know what you need, and know what is possible before you go in.

Great customer service l, had to wait for my truck but the customer service and a discount made up for it.

Simple, when you make a reservation for a moving truck, you get the day off, you get your friends to come over and help, then you get ready to go and pick up your truck that you call and reserved days in advance maybe weeks and you told me we dont have the truck for you,after multiple calls you guys find out that the truck never made it back to your fleet, perhaps fixing that little detail may help your business

I have to edit my review to 1 star. I waited over 20 minutes to be told “we have bad news!” Out of three girls, not one seem to care today. It was comical for the one to blame everyone with what she called a simple oversight, but when that one left the office the other one blamed her for screwing up and renting our reserved vehicle to another customer prior. So I waited another 15 minutes and was asked to wait over 2 hours while another vehicle was delivered/dropped off from San Francisco.

These guys know what they are doing! When u make a reservation they respect that. Plus they are very friendly and open even earlier now.

Excellent service and great equipment for rent. I rented a 26 foot bobtail with a lift gate and drove it accross the State and back with no issues or complaints.

This place is huge, they have wide range of selections and their inventory is very impressive, hard to find specialty trucks are also available here.

I dont have experience with the people at this location, but I did an unexpected after hours drop off of a truck here, and was relieved that there was a fitting key contraption and plenty of parking. My rental was closed out without any surprises.

Rented a truck been here since 7 a.m to pick it up came the day before to do the paper workto have it ready and now the person who works at the office locked the truck with the keys inside. The main problem is that they dont have master or spare keys and ask me to pay out of my pockets to call a near lock smith to come by and unlock it for me. Seems like there service is garbage here never again. Its 8:40 a.m still outside waiting and they dont seem to care and help with there issue. Is this how there service is and want us to rent n buy from them? They dont carry there on equipment or lock smith and pay with there fee i mean it wasnt me who locked the keys and why do i have to pay if im renting the truck its not my falt. Bad experience here

Bought a truck from them nothing but problems, no warranty, you have to buy it off of website buy it first before you can even look at it, these bastards left the truck with bald tires all kinds of stuff hanging and they didnt even leave me any fuel, never again

We rented a truck last 2 months ago. they over charged us saying we broke taillight which wasnt true. it was just one small reflective that costs about $30 nearby auto parts shop.
