Not pushy about selling you the additional services like insurance and very fair prices. They ran out of the compact cargo vans and upgraded me to a regular size cargo van which worked out well for my move. Its more of a gas guzzler but the additional space made the move easier.

YOU SHOULD NEVER RENT FROM HERE. Beware renters! They are here to take your money for the damage you did not commit.Had the worst experience ever. While picking the van, the damage on top of the vehicle was never noted. I did not climb on top to see if all fittings are attached to the van properly. I believe it was either done by the previous renter or the negligence of the employees themselves. It was a plastic trim on top of the van that was not attached properly which came out while driving on the highway that I did not notice until return.When I returned the truck the employee went straight to where the damage was and told me this was not there when I picked it up.I am absolutely sure that I did not do this damage and never saw it until it was pointed out by the employee, I had 3 other people with me at all times who can vouch that I did not damage the vehicle.I spoke to the store manager regarding wrongfully accusing me of the damage. He was not of any help, they just seemed to just want to take me money and blame me for the damage. This is absolutely unacceptable and poor treatment to the customer.I will never recommend any person to rent from this agent ever again.

The team at Enterprise on 575 Marina Blvd is as solid as they get. Great response times, great attitudes towards their work and great help locking in prices for quality truck rentals. I highly recommend doing business with them if in need of quality trucks at a competitve rate.

Experience was great start to finish. I reserved the required truck over the phone since I had specific needs. I reserved the truck, moving supplies and the time. When I arrived at the location, the truck and supplies were ready, the paperwork was correct and the condition of the truck was inspected and off I went. The truck functioned perfectly including the lift gate which was specifically required. Return was simple and the final charge was very much what I expected to pay.Agents were friendly and efficient. I felt like a valued client.I will definitely use Enterprise Truck Rental and this location again.

I ran a nonprofit and we used Enterprise.I left the nonprofit and despite having numerous conversations with Enterprise to remove my credit card from the account, I have been charged for over 6 months for a van I have had nothing to do with.I have called the company over a dozen times, written several emails, and the issue has yet to be resolved.I have been patient and respectful for many months.I cant imagine they are intentionally making this mistake but they have not been proactive in resolving the issue.I would highly advise against going somewhere else for a vehicle if you want to avoid wrongful charges on your credit card.

I was treated with the utmost respect by my branch manager, the area manager and the group manager. It was great working for this location and with these employees in the short 3 weeks I was here, the covid virus caused a mass layoff.

Friendly staff, that understands the needs of a small business. I didnt get the sense that my company needed to be bigger than it was to do business with them. They rented me a very nice size van that fit my needs for a fair price. Very easy process and they took into account my previous record with them even though I dont rent super often. Ill continue to rent with them as long as Im in the area.

I cant express how Awesome these guys were.and their prices are WAY BETTER THAN UHAUL..due to this I No Longer use Uhaul

I have nothing but positive things to say about Enterprise auto and truck rentals. This company has been my first choice for over 20 years. I recently rented a moving van. When I discovered the van was going to be too small my sister asked me if Enterprise is the only company I can use. I told her, Yes! Im glad I did. I expressed to the manager, Luke, that I love renting from Enterprise but I was tempted to go to a different company because the van was going to be too small. He put me into the largest van in my category. It exceeded my expectations and needs. My experience was so positive that I returned the next week to rent another van. This company is both personable and professional with excellent customer service.

No nonsense truck rentals, good assortment of vehicles

My wife and I rented a cargo van for our wedding and got a brand new Ford Transit 250...and when I say brand new I mean it had 15 miles on it! The customer service was excellent and the van was perfect. Id definitely rent from them again.
