These guys do not care about their customers. I signed a contract and scheduled a job with them three weeks in advance. Come the work date, no one came and no one called ahead of the time. They did the same thing for the rescheduled date. When they finally came on the third try, they finished the bottom half of the retaining wall and left. It took three more weeks to get them back, and only after I told them I would hold them financially liable if the hill behind the retaining wall fails. In the process of getting them out to finish the work before a major winter storm, I was told by one of their managers that I could always find someone else to do this work. It is your hard-earned money. Dont spend it on these guys and get this abuse.

After initial visit for an estimate never heard back. Phone calls went unanswered. Would not recommend.

Heres a recommmendation, dont run a familys car off the road and risk all their lives just because you missed your exit from SB 280 to NB 17. If half your van is on the shoulder kicking up debris and dirt, its a sign that you should maybe take the next exit instead. This was dangerous and showed that you have no care for your fellow man. Its one thing if it was just me but with kids in the car?? Why you would do that when you have RENAISSANCE STONE CARE & WATERPROOFING plastered on the side of your van is beyond me.Im in real estate and work with renovating more than 100 homes a year in the Bay Area. You just assured yourself zero business from any of my clients.
