Jason and Raphael were amazing and extremely pleasant to work with. It was as if we were working with family or friends. Our home was flooded due to a fire sprinkler pipe failure. After the fire department shut off the water and we had a moment to breathe, the Dry 1 Out team arrived. They walked us through the entire process from filing a claim to mitigation and how to get our home back in order. Raphael was here every day to inspect the work that was done and the progress. He gave us updates and answered all of our questions. He even had to clear up certain items and address the claims adjuster directly, who was trying to downplay the situation. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure that the home was safe enough for our 9 month old. We honestly would not have known where to start or what to do if it were not for Raphael, Jason, Felix and the rest of the Dry 1 Out family.

Adolfo and Jimmy came to our building to help us with a major flood we had and they kicked major butt!! My entire staff and I truly appreciated their handwork and effort to get our flooded offices and warehouse back in order. Jimmy and Adolfo are extremely professional and knowledgeable which truly helps when your dealing with the stress of this type of disaster. Cant thank those guys and their staff enough! During the July 4th holiday while camping we had a water line break in one of our bathrooms. I figure it flooded for two days. when we return home we called our insurance company who inturn called Dry1. Within 2 hours they were on site starting the cleanup and restoration activities . The crews were very professional and Covid-19 aware for their and our safety. When the contractor repaired our house so we could at least sleep in our own bed again Adolfo and Ralph from Dry1 returned to unload the storage pod and place the furniture where we instructed. Again they were very Covid-19 safety aware and very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company to handle your restoration needs.

We were part of the CZU wildfire. We are fortunate to still have our house. We were evacuated for close to a month and during that time the electricity was off so you can just imagine how bad the smell was from rotting food in two refrigerators plus the smoke smell because our house was only 150 feet away from a home that burned down and a burning forest. We first tried to set up appointments with ServPro and Service Masters for the smoke remediation. They got our information and promised a call back within the hour but nobody called back. A company that was booked out four weeks gave us Dry1Outs number and we called. Shanna called me back and answered my questions. Plus, she had already had contact with our Allstate adjuster through another customer. She started the ball rolling. Everyone that came out to our house showed up wearing masks. The whole team were professional and friendly.The two techs that stood out were Adolfo and Sage. We just cant say enough good things about these two. They were very professional and hard workers. We always received a call from them when they were on the way to our house. If you choose Dry1Out as your restoration specialists, ask that they send out Adolfo and Sage and youll be happy you did.

Such a blessing to find these guys! During our recent heavy rains I had 3 of rain water come flooding into my home. Panic is a way of putting it mildly. I found Restoration Specialists online and made the call. They were able to send out a crew immediately. They got straight to business helping me with my water damage. They extracted water immediately, removed the wet carpet padding, placed equipment and most importantly were able to calm me down. They even had sandbags in their truck to help stop the water from intruding my home. I called Dry 1 out Sunday morning regarding mu water damage. They responded quickly sending Raymond Lopez /superman. Very polite, respectful guy. After checking water damage he was very helpful to explained me what and how the restoration will be done. He shows his professionalism stabilizing environment working whole day. I had a sewage backup at one of my yards that overflowed into the whole bathroom making it unusable for my guys. Restoration Specialists came out immediately and were able to remove the standing water/sewage and completely disinfect the area. I was very appreciative as it was one less thing on my plate for the day at work. I would recommend them for a water damage problems one may have.

Imagine this.... Its Sunday morning you wake up and head downstairs to find your complete first floor flooded with water! This is exactly what I experienced a couple months ago. Apparently the supply line to a toilet had popped. After waking up the whole house and trying to get soak up the standing water I came to the realization there was no way I could handle this on my own. I searched online and found Restoration Specialists. They answered my call immediately and were able to send a crew out right away. The guys arrived within an hour and were very professional and knowledgeable. They spent sometime explaining their procedures and what needed to be done to save my house from further damage, which I appreciated since I had NO idea what to expect. I have to admit I felt very overwhelmed and had a busy day ahead. Once they answered my questions and assured me they were more than capable of handing things; I was able to leave them there to get to work and go about my day. They came every day for the next 5 days until their job was done. They even referred me to a construction company for my repairs, which I am very happy with.The technicians were always courteous, clean and helpful. Class act company from the first call and all they way through completion. Pray that myself or no one I know needs services like theirs, but just in case I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Rafeal and Jessie are very hard workers when they arrive they REALLY come to work and get the job done. We had a wax ring seal that was damaged and Jessie and Rafael came to check for water damage. Not only did they arrive on time they also made sure our home was cleaned from any dust etc from them working. They definitely put our minds at ease. If your place is flooded, pick up the phone and call the guys immediately. My apartment was flooded when I got home two nights ago, and Ray and Marvis were here at a moments notice to dry the place. They were immensely helpful and had my apartment dry in less than two days. They removed sheetrock, damaged carpet padding, baseboards, and anything else, and had the place set up in record time. Moreover, their service was priced fairly, and they gave contacts for contractors who could help fix the place up. These are the folks I would call if I needed things done right.

OK... Where do I begin as this has been quite the experience! I had a major pipe burst in my upstairs wall that basically flooded my whole house. To say I was stressed out is putting it mildy. This was a 5 star experience - as good as it gets! I live in a mountainous area so water damage and this work for us is not new, but we didnt expect to get hit by a water softener leak before the rain storm. I called and Jason was there within an hour I think - it was a Friday afternoon - he set up equipment immediately which I wanted to stabilize the water damage, stop any mold from growing, and pull back carpets. On Monday they set up new equipment and within 2 weeks I was good to go on doing my final work. Thank you Restoration team! Courteous workers, on time when they say they will be there, with very solid skills. Jason is extremely knowledgeable. He used 2 systems for detecting moisture in our home to show where we had the issues. Thanks again!

This company saved my house from further damage and made it easy to cope and deal with life as my home was being restored. My garage caught on fire and the whole house was filled with smoke and sute.
