I had a water leak from the second floor and called ServPro. They sent a team the same day to inspect and begin repairing/restoring the drywall that was affected by the water. They came each day to check in on me and the project until everything we finished. Great service, great team and fair prices

I would give a 10 star Yelp review if it existed. Rich and his Team at ServPro exceeded my expectations: I had a water leak that ruined my hardwood floors and requirement abatement. Rich and the ServPro Team responded very quickly, coordinated all the efforts to include the leak inspection and follow up by another company. Rich and his team also expedited the the cleanup so I could return home and provided referrals to Flooring and Plumbers to complete the work.Thanks Rich for making an unpleasant circumstance better by providing outstanding quality service.

ServPro was so fast in coming out to help us get water damage treated right away. They were able to save our floors (we got them in as it happened, they may bit have been able to if the water had been there for a few weeks) and checked on the progress daily until they were happy with getting as much moisture out as possible. A great place to use when you are stressed you maybe have to replace your floors to water damage!

We had a water pipe leak that soaked through our bedroom ceiling. Called Servpro, after the plumber fixed the leak, and they made it out the same day to clean up and dry the water and moisture in the ceiling. They also worked with my insurance to setup the asbestos testing. There was a project manager (Rich) who communicated the entire process and next steps and was super responsive to calls and questions I had. The Servpro employees that came out were all super professional, very friendly, and did a great clean up job before they left. Would highly recommend.

Mark Burke (owner) was very accommodating to my urgent need and quickly got his team Connie and Steve to schedule a water/sewer clean up my basement in San Jose due to a backed up sewage pipe.Connie spent about 20 minutes over the phone with me identifying the scope of work and recommendations for any potential HVAC repairs or replacements. She coordinated the crew to come the next day and texted me updates.Steve showed up a bit behind schedule on the clean up day but was professional enough to call ahead to let me know he was running behind. I appreciated that very much being that I’m working from home and balancing kids distance learning. (That short call alone set them apart from other clients services where they give you a 4 hour window and expect you to be home. I hate that.)Steve was very professional, personable and wore a mask when he came to my home. The clean up was excellent and he went so far as to show me what solvents and safe chemicals he was using to clean the basement.I would highly recommend ServPro of NE San Jose for any future messy clean up needs.

My company’s large server room AC units water pump went out. Water was everywhere, the walls, floor, under the flooring. Everything in the room and the room adjacent had to be removed.I can’t say I’ve ever seen such a fast, efficient crew. Every one from their staff was curtious and polite. They helped me through the whole process with my insurance company and even recommended a great general contractor for our repairs needed.
