Great customer service !Great workmanship !Highly recommended !I had a water leak that flooded the whole kitchen and dining area.I called 911 Restoration and they were just awesome :) !!They came right away, and were super polite and nice !Since damage was extensive, they had me go through my insurance. Once insurance approval was given, they got right into action .. they did a great mitigation work, very clean and professional, all wet areas were cleaned, removed and inspected for Mold. since my kitchen floors and cabinets were all damaged, i was approved for a new kitchen (!)So 911 Restorations reconstruction team continued and rebuild my kitchen. they were very good with assisting me in the process, explaining me how things will go, and what materials and styles i could choose from. After a few short weeks my house was with new floors, new cabinets and new countertops !! all done really well and with premium quality materials.I am super happy and blessed that i got such a great service !!I would defiantly recommend them as a great company to use :)

Very happy with the responsiveness and service provided. We discovered a pool of water under our house from a leaky drain pipe. 911 checked it out, provided a price, and got to work within 24 hours. It was a tough job requiring access through our master bedroom, but they worked cleanly and efficiently, and had the project done in two days. I hope we never need this kind of work again, but if we do, well call 911 Remediation first!

There was some colossal water damage restoration needed for my older than dirt house. I called up a few places but these guys were the most affordable. I was a little suspicious of the quality of work since price was affordable, but they did a great job and put out excellent service.

Im so happy that my insurance adjuster sent us 911 restoration to help me with the mold that was found in my kitchen walls while remodeling. Zion was great he and the crew were finished in 3 days hassle free. While they were here I also had them look at the entire house for mold discovered the bathroom was affected as well. They are very easy to work with!!

I can not say enough good things about this company and their employees, from start to finish everyone that we interacted with was efficient and helpful. Our toilet backed up on a Sunday night and when I came home Monday after work I had seen that there was water all over bathroom and had seeped into our sons room and extra storage area. I notified my insurance company and they sent us 911 Restoration, they contacted me within the hour and had their project manager Zion at my home 30 minutes later.Zion was great he explained what they were going to do and made things simple and handled the job quickly.
