I had this for a couple of years, and yeah it helped. I know that this cant be helped, but some of the high school/college helpers are really mean and dont like kids. I remember one time I asked for help on some problem, and he was like, oH, wHy ArE yOu BeInG sO dUmB? And the instructor was kind of annoying to me. She would always tell me to be quiet, even when it wasnt me talking/being loud. When I would try to leave, she would talk to other kids for like 20 minutes. Even when my parents told her that I had to leave, she still took FOREVER!! For some reason, they increased the price to $130 SUDDENLY!! I quit because I was offered a free tutor program from my school, that COVERED BOTH LANGUAGE ARTS AND MATH!?!! It didnt help though. By the way, I only did math in Kumon. I started Kumon in the summer going into 6th grade and stopped in 7th. And she was so frickin nice to my parents when they met, and the instructor was always nice to my dad, but my mom (parents are divorced) hated her!! haha and she said it would take like 30 minutes there! Well, depending on how hard the work is, it depends. YOU HAVE TO DO ALL THE HOMEWORK, THEN TURN IT IN, THEN CORRECTIONS OF YOUR HOMEWORK, THEN CLASSWORK, THEN CORRECTIONS, AND THEN LEAVEEEE!!!!! My school is right across from this center, so one time, I walked in when it opened (about 3:00 pm) and LEFT AT LIKE 8:00 pm, THE CLOSING TIMEEEEEEEEE!Bottom line: I HATE THIS PLACE!!P.S. I put two stars because this place actually helped my a bit
I been here Kumon before since 2004-2011 for 14 years now, because it is a good place!
Bruh when I was at kumon every time I would ask for help the instructor would always shush me then one time she also had my dates of my work all freaked up so thats why I quit. Then she would always get animated when I didnt pass a test.
Only our second time here but the staff has been friendly and the tables havent been very crowded with kids so they get enough interaction with the tutor if necessary
