Ive been working with the Santa Clara East San Jose team for nearly 2 years. This company has given me the opportunity to expand my communication skills and the staff is very encouraging and supportive. I love that its versatile- you can work on call with different families with super flexible scheduling or work regular care for an individual family if you want a more regular schedule. Because they hire students, the staff is very understanding of school scheduling and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Working with families to provide the best care for their children and being able to build a strong rapport with them is extremely rewarding. I know Ive done my job right when the kids ask when Ill be back and/or if I do come back they are excited to see me. Its truly a wonderful experience to work here!

I have worked with College Nannies for about three months and it has been such a great experience. The whole team is really kind and always there when you have any questions or concerns. When i first started they gave me such helpful advice and tips for when i had my first family, the families that i assisted with were extremely sweet and welcoming as well. Unfortunately my time here has been cut short due to me moving and its been super sad on me because i enjoyed my experience working with college nannies so much. It was a great learning encounter for me and i cant wait to succeed my career with children in the future. College nannies, sitters and tutors was a great place to work. The staff was very supportive through out my time there. I had an accident where I fell down the stairs at a clients house and the staff at college nannies made me feel so important. They immediately helped me through the situation and showed me how important their staff was to them. If it wasnt for the overload of school and another job I wouldve never left college nannies, sitters and tutors.

I worked with college nannies for 6 months and I had a great experience. It was super easy to work around my school schedule and there was always families in need of care. I was a little apprehensive at first because I started work during the pandemic but there were protocols put in place for the families and nannies to make it as safe as possible. I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend working with College Nannies especially if youre a student.

I’ve been a babysitter at College Nannies for a couple years now and it’s been my favorite job ever! I love working with kids so much and this company give me the freedom to work around school and everything else in my life. I get to choose when and in what cities I work in. I’m not currently in school due to the virus but I will be as soon as everything calms down. Every family that I work with is so kind and helpful and the kids are amazing as well! Within the past few months working for College Nannies has been nothing but amazing. I love how flexible the scheduling is with my own schedule. I have met incredible parents and children who make my overall experience very positive. The office team is super nice, supportive, and understanding. One thing I admired from our office team is how much they truly care about their staff and are always there for anything needed.

This is a great service that we have been using regularly for a couple of years, initially just for the occasional date night and now once a week. The sitters were usually very good and my son had a good time every time. I highly recommend College Nannies.
