Emergency Tow Service San Jose CA was the third towing company that came out to get my car towed to the dealership after my battery died. The two AAA trucks were not equipped to get pull the car out of the tight spot in the garage since there was no access to the hood and my car is all wheel drive. They came out quickly and got the job done. Will most definitely use them again.

This company is great! I broke down 200 miles from home. I called them because they were the nearest help. They did not disappoint. The staff was both helpful on the phone and when the tow arrived, it was timely. The tow driver was friendly, caring, and put safety first. I dont rate a lot of businesses, but I felt I needed to with this business.

Now I cant say these people unlocked my car far better than the next guy, because the entire ordeal usually takes 5 minutes or less no matter who does it. Highly recommend this company. The rate is very reasonably as well. This company is wonderful.  And Bailey the tow truck driver was very efficient & professional.  We have roadside assistance from two major players.  Neither could get a tow truck for our Class A motorhome inside of 48 hours.  Mark from Quality to the rescue.  He promised late afternoon or evening & we got the call that they were coming that same morning.  Any of you who have a motorhome understands how you feel when youre broken down.  The relief when we got Marks call made our day.
