Very helpful organization! The staff seem to want to help as much as possible, but sometimes the rules are the rules and the process has procedures that not everyone understands or appreciates.

I have to go here several times a month for various reasons and everytime it is quick and painless. Most county buildings arent but they got it down here

The wait time is not to bad. They need more reliable resources such as assistance in helping on getting a place, clothing, bus passes and so on

The services get negative 5 stars but the picture gets a perfect 10 so 5 stars....!!To see what im talking about your phone must be in landscape mode not portrait.

The staff at the office is vary sweat and careing about their people they take care of they will get the job done.

What can i say, i am a slave. I was abused and used by the system. Systematic abuse in every capacity that degrades the human spirit and causes a distrust on every level of government on the local level. What cant i say? Everything that would keep you awake at night, if you only knew how corrupt this county was.. you would be planning on moving as out of here as fast as possible.

The staff all do the absolute best they can and are very caring.

Couldnt be harder or more inconvenient to get to..they dont want to help anybody..... They just want to sound like they do while they say NO TO everything their flyer says they will help you with.I give them and F -....with a capital F

The re-entry center is a great place to find resources. The people there are very helpful and nice.

They help me with finances for my house and they have good programs and good counselors there.

Very valuable resource for men and women who are trying to start a new chapter in life. Offer great resources, professional staff, very helpful and curtious.

All of the staff are friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They truly live their lives on purpose.

Seem to really care about the clients they are serving. Have lots of resources and information to help the recently released and probation/parole community to get back on there feet and be a support system for those who wouldnt have one otherwise

The reentry center is the best resource availability center in northern cali,other less fortunate people from different cities come here for assistance in housing transportation clothing food and general assistance.

They can really help a lot of people if the people want their help.
