They get on it right away what ever services u are there for

I had all my papers ready for the lady at the window and she was so fast and nice and had me in and out of there in no time flat

They sent me to three different buildings half hour wait on two even when I showed the first building the paper work and address he sent me to the wrong building. It wouldnt have been so bad if I hadnt taken a tumble the day before and messed up my knee.

The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The restrooms are male, and female public use and usually clean.

Folks are very helpful, can be busy but worth the wait.

They are on time and professional...make sure you are two...security guards arent there for looks.

Truly caring people, wait way better than the DMV :) Rarely a wait if you setup an appointment with your case manager... Truly try to help you!

Revamped system makes applying for aid much more fast and efficient... Start the ball rolling online and schedule an appointment for less hastle.

This Review is for Christine PhanShe was very rude and not approachable. When my Mom had a chance to talk to her she was not polite and she raised her voice and yelled at my Mom, she took advantage of my Mom for not speaking English, she verbally abusive my Mom, made my Mom very uncomfortable and got mentally disturb. My Mom came home crying and was hurt. We were there today and talked to her supervisor and she was very nice to us. We already filed a complaint against her to the County, she needs more trainning and change her behavior not to abuse elderly people .

Fast in and out 15min wait time

I’ve been trying to reach my case worker since last month. I’ve emailed her plenty of times and I’ve left plenty of voicemail messages and she doesn’t reply to me. I’ve left messages for the supervisor also and no reply. This is horrible service. This program is here to help us but we can’t receive any help when the workers don’t care about the people

There are not many people here. If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, you can go to the counter and ask again.
